Please note that early check-in at 14:00 or late check-out until 13:00 is available upon request for an additional charge. Apartments are fully cleaned after 7 nights. Additional cleaning services are provided, including fresh towels and refuse collection for a surcharge.

We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.

Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. Comfortable and convenient - if you need parking check the details.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs on that side of Cambridge, Cleanliness and facilities were good.

Cons:

A couple of items in the apartment were not working (heated towel rail..). The staff were responsive to my review and advised that it would be taken care of. Apart from that the overall condition and cleanliness of the room was great.
Parking was a bit expensive, or there is a public lot (park & ride) 5-7 minutes walk booked via an app

The charge for dog and parking, just thought it would be 20 for the dog and no charge for parking see as we were so far from centre

Very modern, clean apartment like suite
Pros:

The whole building smells really nice and is really clean. We stayed in the family suite and the rooms are specious. All the equipments are high standards . The neighbourhood was quiet, really clean and very modern . In General we enjoyed our stay and definitely coming back here when ever we are in Cambridge

The sofa is really nice but slightly rigged, it was hard to get comfy easily.

Perfect for couples, families etc I wouldn’t bring your pet unless for a longer visit
Pros:

Lovely, warm and welcoming staff. Pretty apartment with everything you would need although I would suggest that there is bins in the actual rooms which would be useful everything else is pretty much provided. Resteraunt on site is amazing and quality staff again.

Cons:

My only real gripe is the pet charge we stayed for one night and it’s £40. We were told it’s £40 no matter how long you stay which feels not very fair as our dog is not allowed on furniture and sleeps in a crate so we feel this was quite excessive she was only on the kitchen/ living area on the floor…. compared to other places we have stopped at before which charges £10-20 that seems more reasonable.

Pros:

Very spacious apartment with a kitchen. The staff was very helpful and check-in was possible an hour early. The room was clean and modern, I felt very comfortable. There were many light switches, but even with all of them on, it felt a little dark in the evening, but I didn't mind that.

It was a bit far out from Cambridge and the area it was located was a bit odd, lacked personality even the children picked up on it! They called it npc world.
