When booking 10 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that early check-in at 14:00 or late check-out until 13:00 is available upon request for an additional charge. Apartments are fully cleaned after 7 nights. Additional cleaning services are provided, including fresh towels and refuse collection for a surcharge.
We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.

The air conditioning did not work when I was there
Great location and staff.
Limited and expensive parking.
The apartment was welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen kit was good and the rooms were a good size.
The balcony is extruded aluminium and is noisy to walk on. It clicks when the sun is out and then again at night time when it contracts.
Location, facilities and price.
Shower didn’t drain properly and you were standing in centimetres of water. Many rooms also had non functioning air conditioning.
I thought the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and it had a good TV. The desk staff on check-in were friendly and flexible, as I actually accidentally booked in for the wrong week and they managed to find me a room to stay anyway, transferring my booking.
The cafe downstairs and the bar were a saving grace.
The airconditioning in the room wasn't working which made the room close to unbearable. I only managed 4 hours of sleep a night due to how hot and stuffy the room was. The room temperature was anywhere from 26-28c with no clean air or ventilation. I told the hotel desk staff and they said it was a known hotel-wide issue.
In my opinion, I would have thought that if I was running a hotel, and I knew that the rooms were not sufficiently ventilated/ climate controlled, I would offer guests vouchers for the bar and restaurant to compensate them for the inconvenience. Or, (and given the Hyatt Centric is next door and clearly a sister hotel) I would offer a refund or transfer to a hotel that has working facilities/ airconditioning.

The room air conditioning was not working, the second time in a row visiting with this issue now and it is an ongoing issue. My room was 27’ throughout my stay. A fan was provided after chasing for one for a day which at least made the nights bareable.
Parking is 20 pound per night in addition.
Location for park and ride was good. That is about the only thing I can say, really!
Not very clean and heating didn't work. Staff tried to resolve issue but unable to fix. Wouldn't recommend or return.
Excellent WiFi, Good cooked and continental buffet breakfast at the Hyatt Hotel next door, Very clean and in excellent state, Excellent service from staff, there was an issue but they took steps to try and mitigate that. I would def book there again if back in Cambridge.
Air con was broken in the super hot heat this week so def not ideal but as mentioned the staff took that seriously and took steps to mitigate the issue.
Location was good.
There was no cutlery in the studio room/ flat, which surprised me because there were facilities there to allow you to cook. I cooked my food and then couldn't eat it properly as there was no cutlery.
