The kitchen had everything you could want. Washer dryer, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher etc...
Bed and sofa were comfortable.
The website said there was a bath which was the main reason we chose this hotel. There wasn't a single bath in the hotel at all. The place was not cleaned to a very high standard. The handheld shower head partially blocked with limescale. Grubby marks everywhere. Black mould in shower which didn't drain properly. Very dusty on shelves etc.. Plug on iron broken exposing internal elements and hairdryer not functioning. Both were replaced.
Location is pretty good - access to buses that take you to town. The bed is very comfortable. Decent gym too.
Cleanliness could do with some work! Bathroom wasn’t super clean, especially the shower area. Water didn’t drain well. The kitchen area was also really quite gross. The worktops were grimey. No sponge provided to wash up. Air con wasn’t working and it was 35 degrees outside! Not good enough really , overall.
Location
Not clear you have to pay £20 per night for parking. Dreadful customer care- we left the hotel having checked in an hour earlier and were charged £20 to exit the car park. When we returned 1.5 hrs later we assumed when we checked out the following morning that we did not need to pay another £20…WRONG! I sent an email and message in booking.com to ask for a receipt for the over charging so we could claim it back. Still have not heard back…., awful for a 4 star establishment.
Almost every aspect is very good. There is also a large supermarket within walking distance nearby. Very good.
The only part that needs improvement is the air conditioning. Although there were air conditioning facilities, unfortunately there was a malfunction during the two days I checked in. Only this aspect needs improvement.
The AC wasn't working and there was no communicatin when the AC will be working again.
The staff was cold and not the friendliest.

Great location - 15mins driving into town, great amenities on the doorstep (bars, restaurants, cafes and Sainsbury’s), good modern apartments with all you need and helpful staff
Parking was pretty expensive, air con wasn’t great and a few things missing from apartment (coffee, hairdryer - but provided on request) but all minor in the grand scheme of things!
Air conditioning was not working.
Kitchen had no cutlery.

Very hot at night. Unable to cool using the air conditioning as the panel was locked out and made sleeping uncomfortable
The receptionist, Kenzie, was genuine in her welcome and utterly helpful.
The property is good but it’s pointless without basic requirement
There was no air conditioning on the day we arrived which was unacceptable. It was so hot and you expect that Ac should be minimum .
