1.1) The Black staff members: very good work.
1.2) The ladies working at reception as well.
1.3) Breakfast: Excellent
1.4) Dinner: the portions are very generous and very tasty
1.5) The ladies working in the restaurants.
1.6) The suits are very well designed.

Cons:

2.1) The cleaner (Mohammed Amber) did a very poor cleaning job and asked me to give him 5 stars with his name mentioned on Booking.com.
- I asked him to write down his name on a piece of paper (see attached file).
- I had to go to reception to get a clean suite. Afterwards, the suite was very clean.
2.2) Insect in the food.
2.3) All male staff in the restaurant at dinner are very bad.

It was unacceptable and unimaginable to have such male staff in a hotel of this kind. Points 2.1 to 2.3 are so bad that I can only give 1 point.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, nel cuore del business discrict a pochi passi da metro e con il beach access a WWB (molto carino e a pochissimi minuti di Uber), la camera era meravigliosa, la piscina all'ultimo piano anche e lo staff: Souhayla, Christy e Kristina e tutti i ragazzi del ristorante eccezionali. Lo consiglio.

Cons:

Sicuramente la cucina del ristorante su alcune cose da migliorare (la pasta aiuto!) ma comunque si mangia discretamente e lo staff sono gentili e pazienti.

انا مو اول مره اسكن في هذا الفندق بس حسيت انو هالمره الاثاث والسرير شوي مستهلك
