They entered my hotel room without my knowledge or permission and removed all of my personal belongings, claiming that they did not know where I was. When I returned to the hotel, they denied that this had ever happened, despite the fact that my belongings had already been taken out of the room.

As a result, I was forced to contact the police, who officially documented the incident. Despite the seriousness of this unacceptable breach of my privacy and rights, I have not received any compensation or even a refund of the money I paid.

This level of misconduct is completely unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be resolved immediately with appropriate compensation for the damages and inconvenience I have suffered.
