When I initially checked in, my room had a huge stain on the wall, light switch board was hanging off the wall, bathroom doors wouldn’t close, huge piece of gum or paste stuck above the door, shower handle limping off wall.. so they eventually moved us to a cleaner room which had a huge hole in the bathroom that was stuffed with tissue paper. There was also banging sounds in the morning as if there was construction in the room beside me. Very irritating. When I ordered room service, something as simple as tea, it would take a minimum of 45 min to arrive. The bellboy as well as male housekeeping assistant were very friendly, kind, and accommodating though. I wish I remembered their names. They were the only positive part of my stay there. The salon is also very good and the hairstylist Joe is amazing. Very nice pool as well. We ended up moving to the Marriott Marquis for our last two days and we very much preferred it as it is a full service hotel conveniently located to everything with great amenities as well as restaurants. Plus, it was more moderately priced than the Bentley and was much cleaner and well preserved. I would never go back to the Bentley, unfortunately. The hotel needs work.

It is a very nice place for a solo traveller and family as well. The staff are very courteous, welcoming and always ready to help. I enjoyed every bit of my stay as it is close to town and accessible to everywhere. 👍

Excellent place to stay, convenient and well located

This ultra modern tower is amazing and for a 5* was very good value rates. An amazing rooftop pool and views. Great value buffet breakfast and used dinner room service that was very efficient and tasty. The hotel is very close to metro so ideal for airport transfer and a further afield into Doha. Located very near Corniche area that is walkable. Would definitely stay again. A 5* stay.

Excellent stay , will surely come back again , on observation about the TV week signal and kept on freezing every min , called for IT help and also complained about poor channels selection programmed in the TV , no IT help arrived and no apology !!

Very good

Went for the first week of the World Cup, got this reservation really late. But, my son and I were very pleased with this hotel. Beautiful room, great view and great staff. Our only complaint is when we were in the trying to watch games, the tv was freezing up. Other then that everything was really great.

Chambre super spacieuse et propre, dommage qu’il y ait eu un problème avec la climatisation et le réglage de température, ainsi qu’avec la tv ( très peu de chaînes et mauvaise réception ). Rien à dire sur l’hôtel en lui-même, par contre le sourire à la réception de la part de certaines personnes que l’on a l’air de déranger, ne serait pas superflu !
Il devrait être notifié que la piscine est fermée.

A beautiful hotel inside and out, with unparalleled service. The bellmen and housekeeping staff are courteous, responsive and very helpful. The reception staff is quick to field calls for room service and help with any special requests. The gym has some of the best views from the floor to ceiling windows along with clean, quality equipment. The pool is amazing. Although it was not open during our stay we were given a tour, which we appreciated.

Overall, The Bentley Luxury Hotel and Suites must be one of the best hotels in Qatar, because it hits all high marks and remains affordable even though it has a luxurious feel. Our 24 day stay was delightful and we look forward to our next booking here. Insha ALLAH

Nagelneues 5 Sterne Hotel mit SEHR großen Zimmern zum guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, leider nicht ganz zentral. Ich habe nach der Qarantäne in dem Hotel verlängert. - es git zwei getrennte Bereiche.
