Pros:

The staff were very friendly and professional. We ate in the attached hotel in the evening, the menu is limited but what we had was very nice and well cooked, and nice and hot. The bedroom was air conditioned, I liked having a fridge and facilities to prepare our own food. There is a One Stop just a few metres away.

Cons:

The duvet wasn’t as wide as the bed, which was not a problem as the weather was very hot. The air conditioning fan was a bit too noisy for me but we turned it down which was much better. The window didn't open

Perfectly good, clean and comfortable for the price.
Pros:

Great location and views. Good parking. The hotel was simple but aligned with the price. The connected bar and restaurant helped.

Cons:

The bed was sweaky when moving. Otherwise comfortable.

our stay in Staybridge suites cardiff
Pros:

During our recent summer vacation, I and my family stayed in the above hotel for 4 nights. Room was very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was good though it was the same all days and no changes. People were friendly and helpful. It is about 15 minutes walk from cardiff central station and 20 minutes from Cardiff centre / castle. In 5/6 minutes public transportation is available. Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed

Pros:

Nice, clean room. The hotel is walking distance from city centre.

Cons:

Tv wasn't connected to free view or the net. WiFi is free but with no security. "Atlantic wharf" is a small artificial pond, nice enough but not as grand as the name suggests.

Disappointed, over priced night down the bay!!
Pros:

Staff were lovely, friendly and happy to assist with any help.
The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Pay extra £10 for parking, to not have a designated parking bay so had to park up onto the curb near hotel!
The tap fitting in the room was borderline falling off! Extremely faulty!
Fire alarm went off early Sunday morning so that wasn't very convenient, seems as we booked this overnight stay as a treat to relax and recharge.
