Excellent rooms, location and brilliant staff,
Pros:

Lovely room, spacious and excellent facilities, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and the server, Angel was so kind even when we turned up late (after misreading the breakfast times) and ensured we had a lovely start to the day.

Cons:

The location felt a bit isolated and run down,

Really enjoyable stay in a very comfortable and clean and very presentable accommodation in a good location

Pros:

Very clean rooms, comfy beds and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Shower was rather weak.
Breakfast was not good at all, buffet style. Bacon stood in grease, scrambled eggs were grey underneath and pastries so so dry, day or so old...

Zimmer toll für max. 3 Erwachsene, Frühstück sehr mager für ein 4 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Tolles und geräumiges Studio, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Ideal für 2-3 Personen. Schlafcouch für 2 Teenager viel zu klein.
Check in unkompliziert, gute Lage zum Hafen und in die Stadt. Kleiner Supermarkt gleich nebenan.

Cons:

Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel mehr als spärlich. Nicht einmal ein full breakfast. Keine Tomaten, keine Mushrooms, entweder Speck oder Würstchen. Ei wässerig und ständig musste man um re-fill betteln. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und es gab Päckchen-Kaffee. Dazu 1 Wasserkocher für alle.
Zimmerausblick auf einen nicht gerade sauberen Kanal.
