Great location, very dog friendly, lovely breakfast, lovely evening drink
There was random crockery in the room - not a complete set of anything
Efficient, clean, well equipped and organized.
The location is not that great.
The hotel room was lovely. The bed was comfortable.
I ordered a pizza at the bar. Went for a cigarette while they prepared my order and when I came back, the man said "can I help you?" I had to remind him I'd ordered a pizza.
The next morning, when coming down for breakfast, which was included in the price, the only options for the cooked breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and beans. When I asked were there any sausages, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes or fried eggs, the reply was simply, "No, sorry."
This was a 4 star hotel that had barely anything on offer for the cooked breakfast.
I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
Suite was nice and spacious, good location between city and bay
Limited car parking and parking rules not enforced so late arrivals park outside of marked bays, hot breakfast seems to have been downgraded with fewer choices. Coffee machine broken so instant coffee and shared kettle.
Property is in a good location, quiet, private and flexible as we stayed in one of the suites with an integrated kitchen. It also has a sea view. Staff were welcoming and it has an overall exceptional dining
The only missing bit is the absence of a swimming pool
Stanza ampia, comoda e pulita, presenza utile di cucinino, dotato di forno e lavastoviglie, letto comodo, bagno spazioso.
Posizione particolare, a metà strada tra la Bay e il Centro (raggiungibili entrambi in 10 minuti a piedi), zona tranquilla e poco trafficata.
La colazione, purtroppo non rispecchia le quattro stelle dell’hotel: nonostante l’impegno costante del personale, i posti a sedere con tavolo rischiano di essere limitati nei momenti di punta, purtroppo due mattine su tre la macchina del caffè non funzionava (si poteva comunque ovviare con bollitore e caffè solubile ma ricordo sempre le quattro stelle indicate). Qualità di brioche e marmellate non proprio al top.

Staff - horrendous reception, smoking outside on arrival, couldn't be bothered with us, told us there is no turndown service at the weekends.
