Fabulous friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent customer service - reception and waiting staff were so friendly and helpful, it really made our stay. Spacious and well equipped room, we enjoyed the view. Excellent location for Mermaid Quay. Good choice of breakfast foods

Cons:

The carpark became very full and it's not possible to prebook a space

Pros:

Mieux qu'une traditionnelle chambre d'hôtel. Nous avions de la place et tout ce qu'il faut pour prendre un repas simple sur place. L'hôtel est à mi-chemin entre la Bay et le vieux centre. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correcte.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre avec une porte communicante et celle-ci n'est pas du tout isolée. Un peu bruyant quand le voisin parle fort tard le soir ou tôt le matin.

Pros:

Quiet but close enough to walk to talk. Lovely waterfront location

Comfortable, Quiet and Great breakfast but no parking.
Pros:

Very clean well equipped room in a quiet location with friendly staff and superb breakfast.

Cons:

The Booking. Com. site said there was on site parking. It did not say it was a 1st come 1st served car park at a cost of 10 pounds per night. We had to park on the street as the car park was over full.

Suprised with what we thought would have been more of an apartment instead a normal hotel bedroom with kitchen units 🤷‍♀️ no seating area one easy chair even though we were 2 adults and placed in a room which we couldnt open a window and we had a dog!!- would have thought a ground level room would be best with a pet with access to outside

Excellent option for small families on vacation
Pros:

Excellent location on the docks and very close to the train station. The balcony was very nice. The room facilities were also very good. I was also glad there was a safe in the room.

Cons:

The staff were polite, professional, but not friendly. I stayed 3 nights and almost all my interaction with the staff was cold.
