Great stay poor vreakfast
Pros:

The room itself was incredible clean and perfectly stocked the bed was amazing.

Cons:

Breakfast was extremely poor. If it wasnt for this is would of scored 10 and this would be the only thing stopping us returning.

Perfect place to stay in Cardiff
Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean, had comfy beds and good facilities. Very nice to have a full kitchen in the room. Breakfast included was great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating and managed to change our room to one with a view which was nice.

Recommend but irritating insufficient cutlery.
Pros:

Location and balcony and studio.

Cons:

Paid for x4, but had to request x2 more towels, and only had 3 forks, 3 knives, 3 plates

Pros:

The suite was clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The 'social hour' with cheese and drinks was excellent. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Maybe a few more teabags and a bit more milk in the courtesy jar. Also the shower gel ran out

Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was okay and part of the Holiday Inn next door. Approximate 15 minute walk to the centre of town.

Cons:

Room was not ready at the designated check-in time of 3pm. Had to wait about 20 minutes to access room and floor was still wet when we did as it had just been mopped. Parking was an additional cost and we were told not to move the car as it was a "first-in" basis and we might lose our spot if we did.
