Location and the room was good size with all needed amenities from a decently comfortable bed, full length window, kitchette, arm chair and coffee table, dining table and chair. The breakfast was included in the room cost.
1 more chair at the dining table would have been perfect for me and my partner to enjoy dinner together. Providing atleast a bottled water is something they could do. The coffee machine ran out of milk and that was not refilled. This was not acceptable if I am being honest. The quality of the items in the breakfast could have been better and the food could be kept a bit warmer. If a microwave or a toaster was provide I could have reheat the items myself.
Great location. Great price. Apartments were spacious, clean and modern with a lovely view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Being able to have a parking space outside the hotel was really helpful.
The shower was a bit 'juddery' (the stream of water wasn't great), but the temperature was fine. That is literally the only thing I can find fault with though!

Limpio, bonito y muy agradable el poder tomar café, té en el lobby , me encantó . Si bien la ubicación está un tanto lejos del centro ( pero si estás cerca de la bahía) con el bus 6 en 10' estás allí.Zona tranquila y bonita
El desayuno nos pareció pobre.. Sin variedad, tienen que mejorarlo. No me gustó en absoluto.

great view, location. room was like a little flat was very nice
some things were cleanly not cleaned such as the extractor fan above the stove which was covered in grease.
The monochrome decor, little details like the number of lights on each floor matching the floor number, the waterside view, the bathroom, the shared area downstairs and the 'make your own muesli'!!!
The TV didn't work 😞
Soap and hand lotion should be the other way round in the bathroom

Great location. Easy walk to Cardiff bay and the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
Loved everything about the apartment.
It was in a good location . The room was huge and it was well equipped .
We arrived early in the pouring rain and our initial meeting with one member of staff wasn’t very helpful. I’d say he was due to finish work.When we came back the two staff members were lovely , as were all the other staff we met.
