Great stay, the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was a good size with a powerful shower. The free breakfast was nice and kept fresh and hot.
The apartment was clean.
There was a strange smell on the fourth floor which was also strong in our apartment. It smelt nutty and of chemicals.
The apartment was scuffed on the walls. It could probably do with a refresh of paint.
The dressing table area of the bedroom has no mirror. There should really be one there to do makeup and hair etc.

I only stayed overnight but my room was great, clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Good location so easy to get into the city centre. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Cardiff

Stayed before convenient
Had requested room with balcony but did not get despite the higher price. Fire alarm went off as a false alarm at 8am! No flexibility given when we ran 30mins over check out time
Good location, short taxi ride to centre of town. Large room, well equipped. Breakfast good, plenty of choice.

Location was good and central.
Disappointed as IHG push cleanliness standards but this fell very short. Had to move rooms as bugs were in the bed. We were upgraded however the upgraded room was still not the best in terms of cleanliness.

The majority of the hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The room was lovely with a great balcony view and the kitchen was equipped well. The staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful and the buffet breakfast was great.
I found a few stains on the bathroom walls/floors but nothing awful. The bed sheets were slightly uncomfortable but I still slept great. Wish there was a bit more selection with fruit etc but the breakfast buffet was still great.
