Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Service ist flexibel beim Frühstück gewesen. Zimmer waren sauber, bis auf die Couch. Sie hatte große Flecken, was nicht sehr angenehm gewesen ist. Diese könnte erneuert werden.

Bed was comfortable. Big and spacious room. Breakfast was filling as well.

Cons:

Temperature with the shower. It was either too hot or cold. It didn't have a fixed temperature. It kept switching to hotter or colder when you found the best temperature. AC unit seemed to not be cooling anything.

Atención del personal y ubicación para conocer el centro de San José

Cons:

Ubicación del gimnasio. Limpieza en pisos en áreas comunes. Falta de cuidado en la estética general.

Me gustó mucho estaba cerca del restaurante y centro de San José se podía caminar hacia un vehículo para ir a la tienda y el mercado central

No respetan las reservas
Pros:

Nunca pude hospedarme porque a pesar de mi reserva me dijeron que ya estaba lleno.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos no había nadie atendiendo en recepción, mi esposo tuvo que esperar por varios minutos a que alguien llegue.

La disposición del personal de llegada

Cons:

No se explica bien a la hora de reservar si la habitación es de 1 o 2 camas, el parqueo muy mal ya que solo carros para abajo de los 2mts pueden entrar, entonces tuve que ir todos los días hablar con el personal del frente de un parqueo público para que me ayudarán y a la personas del cacino, el desayuno llego un grupo grande de personas y nos quedamos sin gallo pinto, deben prever todas esas situaciones.

Solo de paso.
Pros:

Es un hotel de paso por San José. No para estancias largas.

Cons:

La ubicación es céntrica.
Mucho comercio de dia. De noche se torna "dificil".
Mucha gente en situación de calle ...y personas amiga de lo ajeno dando vueltas.
Nos tocó presenciar a metros de la entrada un arrebato de un celular a un turista .

Un appartement en plein centre ville pour un prix très raisonnable
Pros:

un salon et une chambre double très spacieuse , comme un appartement.
la localisation dans la ville

Cons:

le petit déjeuner , jus de fruits en boite alors que le pays a plein de fruits frais, oeufs brouillés fade pain très moyen
