Urban Green Hotel & Suites

Not the property’s fault but in the middle of San Jose.

Habitación grande (varias estancias) pero solo con una ventana. No había agua caliente.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Although the rooms are quite large, they feel cold and uninviting, lacking any sense of comfort or atmosphere. The furniture is outdated and worn, which only adds to the overall neglected feel of the place.
Cleanliness is also a major issue. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the bathroom did not feel properly cleaned, also because it is outdated.
The breakfast was very basic and disappointing, with limited options and basic quality overall.
The hotel is located on a street that feels unsafe and unwelcoming after sunset, which didn’t help the overall experience. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Hab 212 sobre un casino, toda la noche con música, ha sido horrible. A las 3 de la mañana baje a recepción y nos ofrecen cambio de habitación pero teníamos que mover todas las cosas, un horror a esas horas, decidimos quedarnos por no recoger todo a riesgo de perder o extraviar algo. No nos permitieron dejar las cosas ahí y cambiar de habitación solo para poder dormir. Y además lo teníamos que gestionar bajando a la recepción. Horrible todo tan cansado y esas horas. Terminamos poniéndonos la almohada encima de la cabeza y tapando los oídos y no aún así podíamos dormir .. e. La madrugada se hicieron los despistados y subieron a comprobar si era cierto. Y en la mañana cuando reclamamos de nuevo la chica de recepción admitió que esa habitación da orible.ad de ruido .. y nos la das habiendo otras ... Eso es tener un poquito de mala idea .. y luego no nos compensaron con nada porque dijeron que no quisimos cambiarnos ... En fin, informaremos a booking. Por cierto, spoiler, no hay spa!! Es una sauna sin mas!!

El voltaje no era suficiente para usar secador de cabello. El mini refrigerador no enfriaba nada

No me gustó el gallo pinto le faltó más sazón

Habitación con puerta que separaba al cuarto de al lado. Se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban y hacían.

Gym and steam room/sauna were not very appealing down in the basement (missing free weights, dated equipment, no changing rooms, etc). Location is not very pleasant.

Wir waren in 3 Zimmern im Urban Green und in jedem war etwas kaputt....die Badarmaturen, Nachttischlampe, Klimaanlage,
Immer nur kleine Dinge.
Das Hotel wirbt mit einem Wellness und Fitnessbereich.
Das sind ganz traurige, dunkle Räume im Keller.
Das Laufband ist während des Trainings plötzlich ausgegangen- Fehlerneldung.
Zum Glück ist nichts passiert.

Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten.

Tengo muchos años de hospedarme acá, y siento que el restaurante en lo del desayuno a bajado calidad y atención, ya dos ocaciones no me an hecho limpieza de cuarto, solo como opservacion para mejora porque el hotel siempre a sido mi preferido caundo visito la capital con mi familia

Pas de possibilité de prendre une douche avant de repartir le soir pour l’aéroport

The room was dirty, 50% of the shower was missing, there was no hair dryer, found one cockroach in the room , and the ceiling was very low (1.90m).

Breakfast was sad and not great taste wise, easy to say it was the worst we had in Costa Rica.

The location is central, perfect for during the day with museums, coffee places, supermarkets, restaurants,etc.
However, it felt insecure during the night.

This hotel should not be a 4 star but a 3 star maximum.

No hair dryer in the room, took a while to get one
