-Buenas instalaciones, ambiente amigable y cordial. Excelente personal, desde los de limpieza hasta los que reponen el desayuno. La srta Shey, una atención por las mañanas ecepcional y Don Rodrigo en el valet Parking, gran persona. Dio gusto conocerlos y que fuesen parte de nuestra estancia. El personal rotativo de la recepción también estuvo a la altura. Full recomendados

Tener en cuenta que el hotel está retirado de algunas de las playas más famosas, en nuestro caso arrendamos vehículo y nos sirvió para recorrer Floripa entero. No obstante, el sector aledaño al hotel es bueno y hay un par de cosas por visitar. El hecho de que esté centrico te motiva a salir si o si del confort del hotel y es buena opción si te gusta caminar.

El hotel ofrece por dos horas unas bicis, muy buen servicio si quieres recorrer alguno de los parques del lago

Apartamento muito limpo, bem localizado, bom isolamento acústico, boa cama!

Cons:

Frigobar gelando pouco, senti falta de um ambiente comum para ficar, (se tinha, não fui avisado), tv meio antiga, tive um contratempo com o cartão de acesso ao quarto! Depois de descer 4 vezes na recepção e a chave seguir negando o acesso, o funcionário foi junto com outra e conseguiu abrir.
