Die Anlage an sich macht einen guten, ansprechenden Eindruck, auch wenn die eine oder andere Ecke schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Besonders das dazugehörige Haus Malioboro North auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind luxuriöser.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist im positiven Sinne kaum in Worte zu fassen. Für jede Unannehmlichkeit hat man uns einen Lösungsvorschlag angeboten.
Ontbijt was goed en voldoende
Pal naast het hotel wordt een flat gebouwd. Van 8u tot 22u is er zodanige herrie dat je het hotel gaat ontvluchten. Dus chillen kan niet. Om 4u schreeuwt de moskee je wakker. Om 6u gillen de eerste gasten in het zwembad je wakker. Om 7u trillen vliegtuigen je uit je bed. Er is nooit rust want tot 1u wordt buiten gezellig gedaan. Dus 4 tot 5u slaap. Nooit meer.
Centraal gelegen, goed ontbijt.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Both the breakfast buffet and a la carte options were good (had some western options). Shower water was hot. The location was good, close to Malioboro Street and the train station. There was a water dispenser outside of our room to fill the bottle provided.
We would have liked more toilet paper stocked in the room as we had to go to the desk and ask for more. Would also have liked hand soap for the sink.

Our room was right under the washing machine room, so it was quite loud even in the evenings :/

Noise of the water in the bathroom even when you don’t use it.
People knocking at your door at 6 am for no reason.
No transat in the swimming pool so you can’t relax.
And do not eat the breakfast we got tourista ! Do not take anything in the restaurant.
The location is pretty close to the malioboro street and it's very easy access to go around in jogjakarta. The price was reasonable. The staff was helpful.
The room was too small for family., and the cleanliness of restaurant area at the front need more attention. The trash bin are overfilled will garbage but no one was look after it.

The communication here was terrible; there were multiple events/ceremonies taking place during our stay, none of which were told to us when we checked in. The first took place by the pool, meaning we were not able to use this area. The second then took place at 6am outside our room and was incredibly loud, meaning we were abruptly woken up. Both of these events included somebody talking into microphone, meaning it was unavoidable to hear as it was being played out of a speaker. Overall we felt quite unwelcome here and was made to feel as if we were intruding even though we were paying guests.
Good location, decent price. Best coffee shop in Jogja across the street.
Staff was friendly but spoke barely English. Hygiene in the room and bathroom could have been way better. (We were sleeping on the ground floor, we had ants in the room + weird smell in the bathroom)
There is a pool although our swimming clothes had a weird smell the days after.
