Pros:

The staff services were excellent and professional. The room was very comfortable, especially the A/C operation for controlling and non disruptive for sleeping. Also, the access to key areas of the city was excellent and the availability of covered parking was valuable as there are hail storms in the summer.

Cons:

The efficiency of the ice machines could be improved.

Cons:

No amenities like lotion, water, or mouthwash. You have to pay for it. The iron mess up dress guy putting spot on it. I had to wash my dress for a wedding.

Close to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods.
Pros:

We loved that it had easy access to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods. They had a beautiful lobby and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.

Cons:

The street noise was very bad (Saturday night) Parking was $32/night on site.
