It was a nice stay

Great for cost and clean, great breakfast but some staff were not kind

Cons:

The staff were snobby except for the parking staff they were excellent! But had very little heat in there room!!!! The house keeper was also very professional and kind but front desk appeared like we were bothering him.

Pros:

The hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, just steps away from the main bus terminal, making it easy to get anywhere within or outside the city. Restaurants, parks, convenience stores, bars, and shops are all within walking distance. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the security was excellent — you can’t enter the building without a keycard.

Pros:

The location is excellent. The parking fees are to high.

Cons:

They double charge my stay, despite the fact I paid my reservation in advance.. The person at the front desk told me I'll receive my refund just after the check out, that it was a routing mistake. That was on Wednesday, is Saturday and I not received my money back. I'm not happy as the money is still retained in my card.

Property is excellent good value parking was a bit overpriced

Cons:

The hotel kept on billing my debit card in total they did four transactions totaling almost $600 even though I had already paid through booking.

Very good, would book again.
Pros:

Slight issue with checking in but staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selection was good, items were hot and tasty. All public areas were very clean.

Cons:

Toilet paper is very thin, and roll kept falling off the holder. TV would randomly turn off when trying to view the guide on it. Motion sensor light kept turning on in the middle of the night, took a while to figure out how to turn it off.
