Pros:

Great location and so clean
Pros:

The location was great walking distance to downtown
the place was super clean and the Valet parking was great even when we were always in and out.
I was also informed about becoming a member and I sure did and was able to check in early.
Will defiantly stay again

Stay here for CC visits
Pros:

I’m not sure why this hotel gets bad reviews. This is my third time staying and the room is clean, the front desk is beyond helpful, and extra requests are honored. I guess it pays to be a decent, kind human. It’s a reasonably priced, clean hotel and it’s easy walking distance to CC.

Pros:

The hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, just steps away from the main bus terminal, making it easy to get anywhere within or outside the city. Restaurants, parks, convenience stores, bars, and shops are all within walking distance. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the security was excellent — you can’t enter the building without a keycard.

Great for cost and clean, great breakfast but some staff were not kind

Cons:

The staff were snobby except for the parking staff they were excellent! But had very little heat in there room!!!! The house keeper was also very professional and kind but front desk appeared like we were bothering him.
