We will definitely stay at this property again.
Pros:

The property was exceedingly well maintained and smells great! The staff were awesome especially Haley!

Gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Military National Park, ideal für einen Besuch der historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider wirkte das Hotel insgesamt ungepflegt und nicht ausreichend sauber. Besonders enttäuschend war das Personal, das sehr unfreundlich auftrat, sodass man sich als Gast teilweise eher störend als willkommen fühlte.

As disappointed as I’ve ever been!
Pros:

The Staff were Amazing!

Cons:

The Room and Facilities are old and outdated! The shower water pressure was terrible and it was warm at best! Would not stay there again! The ratings for this property are way overated!

Customer Service very important!
Pros:

Staff member help me and a couple friends lit the fire pit. And another staff member made sure there was enough breakfast for everyone.

Cons:

Only one of the staff members wasn’t polite or just didn’t like her job. While checking in she gave a guest a welcome gift. I asked her about my welcome gift and she said that she would give it to me later. I saw her later asked about the gift again and was not sure if she avoided me for the next 3 days because will see me and go in the back funny but not funny.

A pleasant stay.
Pros:

It was convenient, clean, and staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

One item was within the hotel’s control: we had to ask for toilet paper.
One was beyond the hotel’s control: the power was knocked out by a storm around 1:30am and was still out when we left a little after 7:15am.
