Underwhelming and $$$$
Pros:

Full sized fridge in room, gym and pool.

Cons:

Room needed a deeper cleaning. Dirty mirror and rim on sink were dirty as well as bathroom floor. Compared to the Florence KY location this one was subpar. For the price, save your money and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street. My last time thru Vicksburg that was a better price and experience.

One thing after another
Pros:

For a Hilton brand the location was below par. Night 1 no a/c.
Day 2 toilet backed up. They gave me a plunger! At 6pm finally called maintenance guy to come into work. Told me if he couldn't fix they would change our room.
We we're on 4th floor. Hallway was so hot/humid the walls hat water/moisture on them.
Pool are unkept. See pics.

The property just seemed cheaply done. I have never checked in with the manager also folding linens on a table by the check in desk. Adequate for my stay.

False advertisement
Pros:

Would not honor booking. She did not acknowledge my request to look at my reference number. Extremely rude. Ask husband to remove fire pit lid. Took her 10 minutes to start. We smelled gas as we waited. There was activity going on in the corner sitting place of pool . Pool was so disappointing look like a fifth world country was running maintenance
Charged us 80 extra put us on a floor we didn't want. Extremely disappointed. 1st experience for granddaughter traveling with us.

Cons:

Your run down hotel. Looks like a cheap motel 6. Needs to be tore down.

Poor customer service
Pros:

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Hilton property. The hotel manager, Mr. Narla, was rude and unprofessional toward me and my family. I booked multiple rooms with double queen beds, yet I was accused of being dishonest and was even threatened with additional charges. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and untrustworthy

No Rest for the Weary
Pros:

Location, close to interstate and restaurants. Breakfast was sufficient.

Cons:

Sand on floor, dirty carpet, loose sink faucet, clogged shower head, TV programming. And the bed was too hard with I'll fitting sheets. I put the sheets on 3 times as it always peeled off. They need mattress toppers and better fitting sheets.

Not worth the headache I’m dealing with now

Hotel charged me $479.00 x2 on my debit card. Would not make it right. Had to file fraudulent charges against them. Please beware!!!!

Nice hotel! Would stay again
Pros:

The property was clean and had a nice gym. Also the rooms very spacious. Enjoyed the full size fridge (even though we didn’t utilize all of the space)

Cons:

The bed was a little on the hard side. Also didn’t like the fact that you could hear the neighbors. It wasn’t that they were being loud, the walls were just super thin.
