Amazing Stay at skyview
Pros:

We had a exceptional stay at the skyview. Everything was perfect, the hospitality, food, location and amenities. The property is huge and the main advantage is the access to Gondola which helped us to experience first snow in Patnitop. The place is perfect for a calm relaxing holiday. We'll definitely be back for another one.

Cons:

The road to the hotel need to be repaired .

Pros:

We booked deluxe gandola view room. The room is designed in a weird architecture style of igloo. It was so small that one side of the bed was abutting the wall and person sleeping on that side can not get out of the bed. The ceiling of room was terribly low giving a claustrophobic feel. Windows were small with hardly a view of the outside. The premium rooms may be good for a big family but otherwise compromises privacy. However staff at reception was professional and considerate. The size of the property and landscaping is pleasant

A Perfect Blend of Relaxation and Scenic Charm
Pros:

“On the bright side, the resort boasts an excellent location and offers a complimentary gondola ride, taking guests straight to the mountain top and saving at least an hour of driving time. The resort itself is expansive and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.”

The staff is very polite and co-operative

Cons:

1. Room branding. The hotel advertises both mountain-view and gondola-view rooms, but the gondola-view rooms actually offer no view at all (Room 105), yet they are priced the same as the mountain-view rooms. This can feel a bit unfair to guests expecting a scenic experience.
2. “Another area that needs improvement is housekeeping consistency. During my three-night stay, although the room was cleaned daily, something was missed each time. On some days towels were not replaced, and on others basic amenities like soap were forgotten, requiring follow-up calls to housekeeping. Better attention to detail would greatly enhance the overall guest experience
3. One thing to note about this property is that the cottage includes three separate rooms shared by different families from diverse backgrounds. This can sometimes lead to noise or disturbances, especially during social gatherings. It might be helpful if the property implemented some in-house rules to ensure quiet hours, especially past midnight, to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. - in our case, there was a birthday party happening in adjacent room, they were so noisy- even past midnight- my daughter was a bit sick and got disturbed.
