Es un hotel con historia y un diseño arquitectónico que fusiona lo moderno con el estilo de las haciendas de Mérida. Tienen un album con fotografías del proceso de remodelación y es simplemente espectacular. Felicitaciones a todo el staff muy amables y nos dieron las mejores recomendaciones. El desayuno que incluye es muy basto: un plato fuerte, pan dulce, café, jugo y fruta con yoghurt y granola. Camas y espacios muy cómodos. Es historia, lujo y servicio. Sin duda alguna un lugar al que quisiéramos volver pronto.
Los dispensadores de shampoo, jabón y acondicionador dispensan muy poco producto.
L’hotel è’ bellissimo. Una villa storica trasformata in un boutique hotel. Quando varchi la porta di ingresso si entra in un posto magico. Arredato con gusto e con tante opere d’arte. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 3 notti per visitare Merida ed i suoi dintorni. Le ragazze della reception sono state davvero gentili e ci hanno fornito degli ottimi consigli per organizzare al meglio le nostre visite. La colazione è’ ottima e viene servita in un bellissimo salone pieno di charme. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno a Merida se non si vuole stare nel centro storico.
Nonostante mi sia piaciuto moltissimo, ho messo 9 e non 10 per due motivi. 1) la distanza dal centro storico (non è’ fattibile a piedi e abbiamo sempre preso un taxi) e 2) la nostra camera (deluxe) era molto bella ma era al piano terra e la finestra affacciava su un atrio dove passavano tutti per accedere alle camere dei piani superiori. Di conseguenza abbiamo vissuto tre giorni con le tende chiuse e la luce accesa non potendo aprire le tende perché’ chi passava poteva vedere dentro. C’erano altre Deluxe ai piani superiori ma erano occupate per cui non ci hanno potuto cambiare stanza però le deluxe al piano terra dovrebbero costare di meno. Se prenotate assicuratevi di avere le camere ai piani superiori.

It was a Yucatan oasis Absolutely lovely! Staff was beyond accommodating Set up dining reservations to drivers Also told us about local activities going on. So helpful!! Room was immaculate and very comfortable
It was a 15/25 minute walk to just about everything That was fine for us but might be a little far for some Uber is available though so that’s a good thing for some that don’t want the extra steps

Très calme avec un personnel adorable et si prévenant. L endroit est plein de détails charmant et même le papier de toilette est parfumé. Les chambres sont belles et la literie et les linges incroyables. Le propriétaire est un architecte qui a remplir les lieux d objets plein de bon goût et le jardin est luxuriant

Difficult to describe how beautiful this hotel is. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Probably the cleanest room we’ve ever stayed at, to the point where it looked like no one had stayed there before! The pool area and the dining room are dreamy. Breakfast was very good, tasty and healthy. The staff were polite and helpful. Special mention to the cleaning lady (so sorry I didn’t get her name), the gentleman who was at reception in the evenings (again sorry!) and Luis for their friendliness and kindness.

Mérida es una ciudad impresionante, hotel situado en una bonita zona muy cerca del centro histórico, aeropuerto y puede ser utilizado para ir a conocer el bello estado de Yucatán .

This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to; it was like staying in art. Everything was clean, beautiful, and smelled amazing. To top it off the staff was so kind and helpful, and the restaurant was delicious!
Beautiful hotel that is luxurious and peaceful. Rooms are great, bed super comfortable, pool area is very relaxing (although doesn’t get much sun) and staff are friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again if ever in Merida.
Too far a walk to city center 20 minutes . Surrounding area are not good. Very limited parking. Felt unsafe walking back to the hotel after dark
