南の島で現実と離れて生活するには申し分のないホテルでした。
Pros:

部屋に電子レンジやトースターな、扇風機、炊飯器や洗濯機など、生活に必要な品物たちが全て揃っててとても良かったです。
洗濯ができるのはありがたかったです。

Cons:

21時でフロントが閉まってしまうので、足りないアメニティなどが取りに行けず困りました。
近くにスーパーなどは歩いて行ける距離にはなく、車がないと難しいなと感じました。

楽しみにしていた宮古島旅行が台無し！主人が回復したので結局泊まりましたが、二度と行く気にはなれません。
Pros:

広い事。広さの割に宿泊費は安い。
トイレも広いです。

Cons:

宿泊施設というよりは、ここのシステムが悪すぎる。
間違えて予約(キャンセル不可とは知らなかった)したのに、一切妥協なし。変更やキャンセルをしてくれませんでした。
主人がインフルで病院に行ったのでキャンセルしたいと言っても受け付けず、証明書を出せとか、言って一切妥協してくれない。
初めて泊まる宿泊先に証明書を出すなんてかんがえられません。その他も融通がきかない。臨機応変という事しらないのでしょうか
？　みんなに愛されるホテルを考えてもらいたい。安ければいいのですか？

コスパよく全体的に良いホテル
Pros:

お部屋が広くて快適。洗濯機と浴室乾燥機も設置されていて旅で溜まった洗濯ができて良かった。

Cons:

ホテルの裏側が道路のため、車の騒音が気になる人には気になるかも。耳栓持ってたので夜中は全然気にならなかった。

アメニティがこんなに充実しているところ初めてでした。また宮古島に行く機会があればまた泊まりたい
Pros:

連泊したが立地もいい、コスパもいい、アメニティなんでも揃ってる。洗濯洗剤まであって帰ってからの洗濯がだいぶ少なくすみほんと最高でした。浴室乾燥もあって朝には乾いていてなにも言うことなかったです。

Cons:

見当たらないです。一つ言うなら子供用のウェルカムドリンクもあったらよかったです。

お部屋は、どこも清潔で良かったです。
特にお風呂、洗面所はきれいでお掃除が行き届いている感があり、スタッフさんが頑張っていることが感じられました。
アメニティ、飲み物、ちょっとしたオヤツもあって、とてもありがたかったです。

全てにおいて満足して滞在しました。
１つ挙げるなら、こもったニオイがしました。
でも、そこも、炭を置いたり、大きい扇風機を回したり、ニオイ対策を頑張っているとおもいました。
