Super modern, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, man bekommt viel für sein Geld! Absolut sauber- was will man mehr?

A spacious room and an amazing daily breakfast buffet!

Cons:

We stayed for two nights. On the first night, we found bed bugs in the linen. My wife couldn’t sleep at all, and the next morning her left eye was red and swollen. The staff responded immediately and replaced everything once we reported it, which we appreciated.

On the second night, around 10 p.m., about 10 young boys were loudly chatting in the jacuzzi for over an hour. They kept jumping into the large swimming pool, returning to the warm pool, or standing around talking loudly, and refused to leave. Many guests witnessed this. We could only join the warm pool for the last 15 minutes, from 10:30 p.m., and finally they left at 10:50 p.m., giving us just 10 minutes of quiet to enjoy the pool.

Overall, we were a bit disappointed by these experiences, despite the staff’s prompt response to the first issue.

Localização boa, o hotel muito limpo, equipe cordial, café da manhã surpreendeu. A estadia foi excelente.

A iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. It was fresh and had multiple healthy options. They had good coffee, it was also available all day in the lobby.

Cons:

The lock on our door was broken. The deadbolt stayed out which made us unable to close the door. We were able to make it go back in but it took a bit to get.
