Clean, great breakfast and comfortable , well thought out modern rooms
Cons:

Bit noisy from floor above us (we were third floor , so 4th?) . Lots of thumping.. Maybe insulation between floors could be better.

Convenient location to Wineries
Pros:

Modern clean rooms that were tastefully decorated. The room was clean and had really comfortable beds - firm and supportive without being uncomfortable. The hotel is located close to a lot of the popular wineries and in a quiet location. Breakfast was included so it made it really good value.

Excellent stay with beautiful lake views, comfortable beds, great breakfast, free parking
Pros:

Facility is very new and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good. There's a salsa dancing event at the hotel restaurant at night. The lake view is beautiful. The best is free parking at the hotel. Hotel has a pool with a big slide.

Cons:

The waffle machine is slow during the busy breakfast hour. But it's not a big deal.

We absolutely LOVE this place
Pros:

We absolutely LOVE this place. We have stayed here every time we come to Kelowna. The rooms are beautiful and clean and we love having the kitchen so we don’t have to eat fast food our whole trip.
The staff is the absolute best and are so friendly. The breakfast provided each morning is such an added bonus. It’s not just a continental breakfast it’s really a full breakfast.
We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Kelowna. The rates are the best around too.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed in the room. The location was peaceful, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

What made our experience truly special was that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. They decorated our room with balloons and flowers, and even left us a thoughtful card wishing us a happy anniversary. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort they made to acknowledge our special occasion.

Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We would happily stay here again⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really loved the design of the hotel — both the rooms and all the common areas were beautifully done. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and even the small details were carefully considered.

The hotel was also exceptionally clean, and everything was very well maintained.
