Pros:

the breakfast was good rooms were nice

Cons:

No elevator for most of a day and kids running up and down the halls Power was out for a day without emergency lighting in the stairwells

We had a comfortable, friendly and enjoyable stay
Pros:

It was very beautiful, clean and spacious. My kids loved the pool and the staff was very happy to come and supervise the slide so my kids could have fun. I really appreciate that.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the extreme smell of chlorine in the pool. I think more ventilation would be very beneficial. We did end up leaving because the smell gave me a bad headache

Location wins, but pool rules were a drag.
Pros:

Location was great, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was great.

Cons:

The fact that the pool is adult only from 9 pm - 11 pm should be rethought. We specifically booked this place with the waterslide for our kids after a hockey game and were unimpressed to learn of this rule.

The beds were quite uncomfortable.

It was a great hotel to stay at with kids. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Clean and fully equipped rooms. The pool was a huge hit. Breakfast was great, the offered everything you need and accommodated dietary restrictions. Centrally located to shopping, groceries and restaurants.

It was a great experience and a nice place to stay.
Pros:

The staff team was great. They are super nice and polite.

Cons:

The beds could be more comfy and the breakfast has more diversity. Ex: croissant, cakes, bacon and more fruits.

Great location and facilities for a young family
Pros:

Large rooms with enough space in the bathroom for a young family. Kitchen is an excellent addition! Beds very comfy and very quiet even right next to lifts. Had loads of freedom around the heating and cooling of the room

Cons:

TV a bit complicated and didnt fully turn off.
Light in walk i closet stayed on for a while after closing so you may think that you didnt shut it properly

Pros:

I particularly loved the homey feel of the breakfast area. Felt very inviting and warm. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast options were ample and it was so delicious. The staff were so friendly and quick to serve me.
