Pavilion Hotel Al Jaddaf Managed by Nooa

Booked this place last minute and on a whim without quite knowing what to expect aside from an overall positive review summary which I did not read through.

Interacted with their staff on hotels.com to notify of my check-in times and they acknowledged super quickly which was pleasant.

Quick taxi ride from the airport cost about AED52 in the early hours of the morning and was greeted warmly by the staff on reception (24hrs reception). Check-in process was swift, smooth & efficient so thank you Chewang. He also briefed about the hotel and the region, including alerting in advance that there may be some noise in the morning due to construction nearby. To be honest, could not hear any disruptive noise during my stay.

The room was really spacious and modern and comfortable and good wifi speed. On top of the modern facilities, the staff is their crowing jewel with amazing attention and care to details. Aside from Chewang, also interacted with Danyah & Salimah and they were most helpful and always had this genuine smile.

Thank you for the pleasant checkout process too to Marinela and also allowing me to use the pool area after checking out.

Do not hesitate to book this place. You will have a good time.

I like the hotel was brand new. The staff was super friendly. For the price it feels like 4 stars hotel not 3 stars. Very good location near a lot of attactions however not walking distance.

The area is nice and the hotel is clean and good service, the front desk girl (Lexxie) was really nice and helpful. The only complain I have is the parking spots, the valet service takes forever to bring you the car and every time I was going out and I needed at least 10-15 mins to get my car. Everything else was good.

Had a wonderful time at this property. The area is fairly new and lots of construction in the area which will improve the restaurants in the area but there are cafes walking distance. Al Jadaf metro station is a 10 min walk away - I used metro to get around Dubai - very clean and simple to use.

Everything was great the staff were polite and helpful.

The property itself is nice and the staff friendly. I counted no fewer than five major construction projects within a couple hundred meters of the property. The roads and sidewalks are torn up, and the sound of construction is nearly nonstop. I feel badly for the property, because they did their best to provide a great experience. But I would not return until 2028 at the earliest given the amount of construction going on.

Lots of construction sites around the area and it could be noisy. Over all, it was a nice place to stay. All the staffs were very accommodating.

It was a last minute choice, as my original property cancelled on me hours before I was due to check in. Otherwise, I would not have known about this gem. The welcome and friendliness of the receptionists was outstanding, as it was at departure. My room was clean and eco-friendly, with a balcony overlooking the creek. If I have the chance, I will stay here again.

The property is nice but the area is undergoing vast improvements which is at the detriment of the hotel. It's a lovely area outside of downtown.

The bed to quilt and the room, I hardly find any flaw!! The checked in and out staffs Sharushi are so sweet and helpful! I had best rest here and will be back again!
