The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. I was happy and enjoyed.
Very cool and nice to stay
Very close to Gold Souk. Local shops around. However far from restaurants had to always deliver food to the hotel
Plus: I stayed here for two nights, and the location was excellent for accessing the old town. A supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and a coffee shop are conveniently located just downstairs.
Minus: However, my experience was negatively affected by the presence of cockroaches and insects in the bathroom of the room, which was unacceptable. This seriously impacted my overall stay.
The location is Super, Staff very polite and helpful
The property was literally above the Metro and so it was minutes from the Green Line and a quick change to Red and you can explore a lot of Dubai very easily.
Staff were really friendly and room was always made up well.

Train stop was right under the hotel. Very convenient
I like about this hotel just right there below the building, Gold souq station. Modern interior design, Staff are friendly, tidy and organized.what I don’t like about it they don’t give you the dental kit(tooth brush, toothpaste). You have to pay extra.

The breakfast was served with low quality food and too many options and it seemed like under cooked and not fresh enough so I decided to go out instead of eating it such a bad experience.

Experience staying at the hotel was terrible. I had to ask twice for housekeeping to clean the room and was charged extra for toothpaste.

From check in at 0300 because of a flight delay of 6 hours to my check out at 2200 the following Saturday night the effectiveness and efficiency of all the staff was excellent. From Pande to Samie, from the people on reception and the young man who cleaned my room, thankyou. My only disappointment was that in the evening only room service was available. The sister hotel, 2 blocks away, provided the drinks and dining.
