Proximity to IAH.

Cons:

THE ENTIRE PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY.
THE CARPETS WERE BADLY STAINED
THE FLOOR LEADING TO THE BACK NEEDED TO BE SCRUBBED AND SANITIZED.
OH MY GOODNESS, THE ROACHES SHARED MY ROOM WITHOUT SHARING MY RENT. OUCH! I DIDN'T KNOW ROACHES COULD FLY..
DURING MY TWO WEEKS STAY, ROOM WAS CLEANED ONCE ONLY. EVEN WITH THAT, DISINFECTANT WAS NOT USED. AT LEAST, I DIDN'T SMELL ITS FRESHNESS.
THE DAY I MOVED IN, A USED, RUMPLED TOILET PAPER WAS UNDER THE BED. GAVE ME CHILLS!
TOILET BOWL HAD RED STAIN RUNNING DOWN ON THE LEFT SIDE.
PLEASE, INSTALL GRAB BARS IN THE TUBS, ESP. FOR SENIORS.
FRIDGE IS OLD.
THE YOUNG MALE AND FEMALE AT THE RECEPTION ARE OVERWORKED. TWO RECEPTIONISTS MANNING THE ENTIRE FACILITY 24/7. THAT IS A SERIOUS SLIGHT AND DISRESPECT OF FEE-PAYING GUESTS.
DO NOT TREAT GUESTS LIKE THAT. MY EXPERIENCE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS THAT SEEKS TO LAST LONG.
