Pros:

All related the facilities is good, walking distance to espark shopping mall and could find all amenities nearer and also able to reach the speed train by walking.

Cons:

if possible to add more on variety on breakfast menu, since the charge for hotel is significantly high

Hotel ist gut, Zimmer war auch gut, mit Frühstück waren wir zufrieden.

Cons:

ABER… es stehen keine extra Kosten für Spa in der Reservierung und auch nicht bei den Richtlinien. Bei Fragen von Gästen schreibt das Hotel Spa ist kostenfrei. Vor Ort hat uns beim Check in die Dame gesagt eine Person ist frei der andere zahlt 700 TL. Als wir zum Spa gehen wollten sagte man uns beide müssten voll bezahlen. Nach langem hin und her wäre 1 Stunde kostenlos für uns beide. Es war sehr unangenehm und als Gäste haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt deswegen sind wir gar nicht gegangen. für den unfreundlichen Umgang mit uns und der verwirrenden Preisgestaltung können wir keine gute Bewertung abgeben.

Cons:

De draaideur aan de ingang van het hotel was buiten werking en werd door het personeel uitgeschakeld. Toen ik vroeg waarom de deur niet werkte, kreeg ik het advies om gewoon door te duwen. Dat vind ik niet passend voor een hotel van dit niveau.
