Great location to walk around Denver and never knowing where you might end up
Pros:

It was a great experience, the location is awesome it was our first time visiting Denver and we were in awe when we discover how close we were from Main Street and from stores we usually visit

Cons:

The parking situation is a mess, yet the personnel was kind enough to guide us and recommend ways for us to save some money on our parking needs and that was awesome!

Pretty good!
Pros:

Great location, clean, and a nice room/bathroom! Water pressure was great! We were in a crunch to stay somewhere as our flight was cancelled, so I can’t complain much!

Cons:

I don’t know if it was just our room or if it’s the whole property, but our thermostat kicked on literally every 30-35 seconds. The only way I could get it to stop is to turn it off completely. It wouldn’t have been as big of an issue, except it was a loud unit.

Functional business hotel which lacked consistency. Needs to be better in competitive market.

Cons:

In the room: Shower was really underwhelming - looked fantastic but low water pressure and tiny shower head disappointing.
In the hotel: restaurant not providing published menu on the Sunday evening - said they packed up early because it was quiet yet I watch about half a dozen people around 7-8 arrive and be disappointed by this.
