Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff and epic breakfast
Pros:

Location wise it is a stones throw from the beach. Seems to be near centre of seafront. A good location to go for walks, town and exploring the local area. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was amazing as always. Our second time here as we loved it the first time. Had a sea view this time

Well situated very welcoming polite staff, nothing too much trouble for them

Staff extremely welcoming very polite and engaging. Very well situated for beach and town.
Very good breakfast available something for everyone. Room was spacious as was public areas.

Cons:

My only criticism is the shower cubicle is too small. Trying to shower comfortably was quite difficult, barely had room to move, which is a pity as overall I had a lovely stay

A traumatic experience made worse by poor customer service from both the Hotel and Booking.com.

I guess we were unlucky. There was no hot water. Apparently the whole hotel was effected so we could not be offered an alternative room. The wash hand basin was jammed shut. Basically we could not wash or shower at all. This was unacceptable for us so we vacated the room late in the evening and went home. To make matters worse it was subsequently a nightmare getting a refund. For one week afterwards we were pushed from pillar to post between the Hotel and Booking.com. However we have now been repaid.

Great location, spotlessly clean, helpful staff, good breakfast choice.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is brilliant. Very clean.

Cons:

No hot water in the morning, however hotel had maintenance on site first thing

Good stay all round, loved the hotel location and the breakfast.
Pros:

Location, breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room (49) had a long window which didn’t open very wide, so room felt very stuffy. A fan was provided though.
