Pros:

Very friendly owners, good breakfast in sunny window spot overlookin the sea. Street parking over the road is free from 6pm to 9am.

Cons:

Room, bed and bathroom all very small. But you get what you pay for.l

Friendly welcoming and caring
Pros:

Large rooms, warm, friendly hotel staff who really take care of you and chat to you. The gardener was very kind offering to help too. You feel welcome and want to come back. Lovely place to stay.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean. The beach was opposite and town was easy walking distance. Breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

Parking was limited, however we were able to park in another hotel car park not too far away.

It was a short stay of only 8 nights, but we were made to feel at home from the minute we walked in.
Pros:

The hotel looks out over the Exmouth beach and very close to the town center.

Cons:

The town of Exmouth is a bit run down in places.

Pros:

The room was too hot for us to sleep in! The radiators were on full and the valve on the radiator did not work/adjust. We left the hotel at 3am because we had somewhere else we could go to sleep (my partners apartment). There was no one at the reception to talk to at 3am. Next day I was denied a refund but offered a fan! Too late for that... I do not recommend this hotel. I am a host on airbnb and have experience in the hospitality business.

Cons:

Room was too hot to sleep in. Only one window would open out of 2...

Pros:

Me and my partner have just come back from staying the weekend at this hotel. it was alright. Breakfast was beautiful defo worth paying for

Cons:

Hotel itself was OK I didn't like the fact we had to pay for parking it should be free when staying at this hotel and the room was abit small no mini fridge the light didnt work also, and drinks at the bar was very expensive 18 pound for 1 double vodka no mixer and a rum and coke🫣other then these things it was nice and we would stay again but maybe book a family.room was abit disappointed paying more for a better view and it was so small we booked Seaview

Apart from the parking charge issue, it was a cheap and cheerful staff with very polite staff/owners
Pros:

The property location was excellent for literally crossing the road to the beach and ease of walking access into town, even though the weather was poor for either.

Cons:

The additional cost for parking on the property's forecourt on arrival was not expected and should have been made clear on the booking site. Whilst I understand why such properties levy a charge to dissuade non-residents taking advantage of otherwise free parking, I feel residents should be entitled to free parking once their credentials and vehicle details have been proven. The fairly recent trend of charging residents for parking is yet another slow creep of money grubbing.
