Pros:

We only stayed for one night and wanted somewhere inexpensive and convenient to local amenities. The Exmouth Beach hotel was all that, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the rooms, although a little retro we’re comfortable enough for the one night stay. Car parking was somewhat tight but we managed to get a spot at the rear of the property where there was cctv. The hotel didn’t offer evening meals and we refrained from eating breakfast before departure so I can’t comment on food service. Overall we had all we required for our stay.

Refurbished VFM seafront accommodation
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Nice large room with a big TV! Bed was comfortable bathroom was superb with an excellent jacuzzi bath and a powerful shower. Right on the sea front and a few minutes walk to the town square and amenities

Cons:

The payable parking. I don't recall seeing this on the advertisement? The invoice total system also isn't very clear making it hard to explain to employers when claiming it back.
On the room the TV aerial / reception needs attention as even on mainstream TV there was inference!

All good.
Pros:

Very pleasant short break
Pros:

We were very pleased with our sea view room . The staff are all very friendly and everything is very clean . We did not have breakfast this time , we did in the past it was very good value .

It was ok for the one night we stayed there, it would have been uncomfortable for a holiday.
Pros:

Budget stay
Pros:

Excellent location with easy walk into town & seafront. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast choice.

Cons:

The room was a little dated. The hotel is a large & old building so would imagine there's a high maintenance cost but could do with money being spent on it. The price reflected this & you get what you pay for. The room was quite warm & no option to reduce the radiator heat. A lot of air freshener had been sprayed in the room which was quite over powering.

Good value in an excellent location.
Pros:

Wonderful location on the sea front. Very comfortable room. Extremely pleasant and helpful manager and staff. We shall definitely return.
