The location was good, right on the sea front
Breakfast was good
The whole of the front is covered in scaffolding that looked like it has been there for years. They stated in the advert parking on site, when we arrived we were told the parking is not guaranteed and it's £8 per day. We also could not park one day the person from the hotel moved a cone so I could park. That afternoon a very irate woman from the hotel banged on our door telling us to move the car as one wheel was on the white line she even had taken pictureswhith her phone. My car was hit into the car park and had a scratch on the bumper but they denied it had happened.
Location was perfect and the staff really helpful. Decent breakfast.

The food seemed to be out in hot plate for a long time and bacon was overcooked.

It had a welcoming feel. Lovely polite staff, easy check-in. Situated right on the beachfront and walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Close to seafront. Parking on site. Able to check in before 3pm. Shower good with plenty of hot water. Ok for a 1 night stay.
Room and bathroom smelled damp. Supposedly sound proofed but next doors TV loud until 1am . Room fan was dirty.
The location was good. The first room was quiet and a very comfortable bed.
On arrival the first impression was of a tired and run down hotel. The first room was dingy with very little natural light, the sink plug got stuck and we had to request a different room. The photos on Booking.com did not reflect our initial room. The second room was much better. The hotel could do with an upgrade and we felt we paid too much. Having said that the staff were friendly and amenable.

Room was clean and comfortable but the main hotel and outside area in need of updating refurbishment .
