Great hotel for 3 nights stay. Highly recommend, Sam in reception was very helpful too.
Pros:

My single room was very clean and had a wonderful sea view. It was quiet . Location is great , overlooking promenade , 10 min walk to the buses and train station . Breakfast was freshly cooked to order.

Horrible, would advise everyone to stay away.
Pros:

Nothing, we checked out of the rooms and did not stay. No way was my granddaughter staying and eating in this Hotel.
The room was dirty and smelly. The window was disgusting with bird poo all over it, you could hardy see out of it.
The bathroom wasn’t cleaned from whoever had used the room previously, it was dirty with unflushed toilets, toothpaste and chips over the whole walls.
The room stunk of damp and in general just smelt really dirty
When we raised our concerns with management we were told no other rooms are available and we can take it or leave it.
So we checked out and no apologies were offered. We also had to argue for ages to get a refund for the parking. Eventually this was given. We were told we could request a refund through booking.com but it would give them the final decision which they would decline so not to bother wasting our time, overall the managers approach to the whole situation was appalling.

Cons:

Liked nothing, could not wait to get out. There was absolutely no positives we could list from this hotel, the managers and staff were unpleasant and unhelpful

Relaxed and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely double room with large and well appointed bathroom.
Breakfast was lovely. Great choice of continental and full English, very nice quality.
Will definitely be staying again.

Comfortable night sleep but will not use again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

The room we had at the back, the view was disappointing as we were on Exmouth beach would have been nice for a sea view.

The room was hard to find as there was no order to the room numbers, 😞 sad times.

Went for a drink but the bar didn't have a Guinness, and there was no spaces in the hotel car park as they had cones blocking many spaces and we had to park on the seafront, mind you was cheaper than the hotel parking...
