Great victorian seaside hotel
Pros:

The hotel was in a prime location with beautiful sea views. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room we had was brilliant. A twin room with a Seaview, high ceilings, very spacious and very clean. The hotel has the great bones of victorian sea side hotel. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

For safety reasons some of the windows could not be opened. We took a fan with us, so no problem. The hotel also had fans available. Something to think about when staying.

Good value budget stay, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, location right on the seafront, easy walk to town centre for restaurants etc, nice beach right in front.

Cons:

Rooms a bit shabby, bathroom not great

Not soundproofed rooms as advertised, very noisy stay
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

It was advertised as soundproofed rooms, but the hotel was really noisy with banging doors & shouting from around 9m till 3am. Then more banging at 6pm. It was impossible to get any sleep

Cons:
