L'éclairage n'était pas assez utilisé étant donné la couleur très sombre de la chambre.

Cons:

Déjeuner continental à 12$ était moyen. Il aurait été intéressant d’avoir des petits yogourts individuels plutôt que dans un grand plat dans lequel tout le monde se sert, plus de fruits frais et choix de café dans une machine distributrice.

Rapport qualité prix à améliorer quand on compare aux autres hôtels du coin.

Le confort de la literie

Cons:

La machine à café à filtre… un hôtel de cette qualité aurait pu opter pour une Nespresso ou autre avec meilleur café.

L’accueil par de jeunes employés qui semblait désintéressé par leur travail. Pas pro clients du tout et semblait débordé par les questions qu’on leur posait.

Mauvaise information concernant une demande pour avoir un taxi. Celui-ci n’est arrivé que 20 mins plus tard et nous avons dû venir faire le suivi à la réception. Surtout qu’on nous avait dit qu’il serait là dans 5 mins environ.

New and comfortable hotel, mainly if you have business in Laval.
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable hotel, with good breakfast (fresh fruits, yogurt) though only with processed bread and cheese, and no espresso. Good gym and small but cozy pool.

Cons:

If you are working in Laval it's excellent. If you need to go to Montreal, better to take a taxi to the metro station.
