Cons:

Faire payer pour le stationnement extérieur est inacceptable. Nous ne payons pas au TIMES de Québec. Le prix demandé est trop élevé. Si vous désirez gérer le stationnement, simplement donner une vignette aux clients.

Il y avait une forte odeur de gaz naturel/propane dans l'établissement au moment de ma visite.

The front reception they were very nice and beautiful smiles.

Cons:

The pool was closed on that weekend and no one informed me before.

They see all reservations, they see when peoples reserve with young kids... they should call and let them know about the pool, like this they have time to decide what to do.

My 100% reason for booking this hotel was they have a pool. We wanted ( my 2 daughters and I ) to relax / have fun to enjoy their birthday's gift ( the pool ).

That was the reason I booked this hotel, the pool and the pool wasn't on a ground floor... was on the 3rd floor, was supposed to be perfect.
