Bel hôtel, mais déçu
Pros:

Bel emplacement. Personnel courtois. Très bel hôtel.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude quand j'ai voulu utiliser la douche. Chauffage défectueux donc j'ai passé mon séjour dans le froid.

Cons:

Retard pour notre chambre, nous avons attendus 30minutes dans le hall d'entrée, pour que finalement on nous change de chambre, arrivé dans notre chambre on trouve des cheveux dans le lit... on a dû dormir dans le divan lit qui semblait propre.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with helpful staff, despite a few minor inconveniences.
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating when we requested a later checkout. We also appreciated that they communicated with us in English.

Cons:

Initially, we couldn’t figure out how to lower the Murphy bed, as we needed both beds. The staff came up to assist us and discovered that the bed hadn’t yet been cleaned. They quickly moved us to another room that was ready, which we appreciated.

One thing we found a bit unusual was the shower setup—it was enclosed in glass but didn’t have a solid wall, only a curtain. This didn’t provide much privacy when the light was on. We’re not sure if this layout is the same in all rooms.

There was limited lighting making the room really dark.
