Great Budget Accomodation.
Pros:

This property is located beautifully in the hills near Ranau. Perfect few of Mt. Kinabalu and nice flora and fauna all around.

Cons:

Room 5 has one window, which is facing inside the kitchen. When other guests cook, its very noisy. Wifi didn’t work.

Verblijf met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.
Pros:

Een rustig verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht op de mooie bergen.

Cons:

We konden moeilijk contact krijgen met de eigenaar.
Tijdens het douchen werd alles nat in de kleine badkamer. We konden af wassen maar er was weinig afwasmiddel en een vies sponsje dat aan vervanging toe was.

Pros:

The location of the homestay is remote, quiet, and beautiful. There is a great view of Mount Kinabalu. It’s easier to reach with a car. I took a bus to Ranau and asked to be dropped off at Kibbas and walked to the house for about 10 minutes easily. The room is spacious and has its own bathroom. The shared kitchen has the basics like a toaster and kettle so you can make the essentials.

Cons:

There is no sound proofing. You will absolutely hear every neighbor’s noise.
I could not get wifi from my room so I had to go to reception which was in a different building to get weak wifi. I messaged the host on Whatsapp but received no reply from them.
