Il personale poco adatto per lavorare con il pubblico, il fatto che uno ti dica una cosa puoi non e cosi. Non sanno trattare i clienti. Parole dette di una donna ma vuoi essere più furba di noi Napolitani, quando loro mi hanno derubato una notte nell hotel, le soluzione li non esistono ho paghi ho paghi. State in una zona brutta almeno imparate a avere i clienti. Li va chi non conosce la classe di merda che siete. .

Pros:

Vicinanza alla stazione, pulito e non troppo rumoroso

Cons:

Migliorerei i sanitari, questa è la seconda volta che pernotto.
La prima avevo un bagno gigante e super moderno, la secondo piuttosto piccolo e un po’ datato

Very clean and central

Cons:

The kettle was broken and not replaced, we booked and paid for a balcony room but had a small room with no balcony

Het hotel was prima
Pros:

De bedden waren top, alles was goed schoon, het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

We kregen niet de kamers die we geboekt hadden, beide hadden geen balkon. 1 was heel groot ( ze probeerde ons daar nog met 3 personen op te krijgen maar we hadden 2 losse kamers geboekt) de andere was duidelijk een kleinere kamer, die wel gewoon prima was zeker voor 1 persoon.
Het is wel 1 van de slechtere buurten van Napels, heel vies op straat en de dakloezen slapen tegen over het hotel op straat
