Pros:

The rooms were great. The food was delicious. The staff and their hospitality was to the mark. Overall the property was amazing.

Special thanks to Mr. Dharmendra, Deepika ma'am, Shivani ma'am and Mr. Akash.

Also thanks to the security Mr. Yamlal for being so generous and humble and helpful.

Worth every penny I spent.

An exceptional experience
Pros:

The location is perfect for spiritual purpose and for sightseeing also. The welcome ceremony is exceptional and the staff are very professional.

Elegant hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the complimentary high tea was very enjoyable. The piano music in the evening was very good and gave an added air of elegance to the hotel. The provision of early morning breakfast for our onward journey. Super comfy bed as you would expect. Cleanliness and the lovely courtyard area. We did not have time to participate in the early morning walk and yoga but had experienced this at the other IHCL SelecQtions hotel in Haridwar and it was very enjoyable.

Cons:

The damaged wallpaper in the bedroom otherwise nothing at all (perhaps the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear when you compare it with the newer Hari Ganga Niwas,Haridwar which was exceptional value for money and also a lovely property to stay at )

All the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable
Had a very relaxing massage in their spa
