Prijs kwaliteit was goed, we hadden wel vroeg geboekt. Communicatie met het hotel was perfect. We kwamen pas midden in de nacht aan maar konden zelf inchecken, dat was top.
Het was wat benauwd op de kamer, maar dat had ook met het weer te maken.

La televisión no funcionaba bien
The rooms are private. You can hear the other guests somethimes but as a whole is good. And you get a private toilet in the room. (Not a shower tho)
I didn't like that the showers were not private.
La posizione e l'estetica della facciata. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti.
Assistenza inesistente se non per un fortuito caso che un signore che viveva lì ci ha messo in contatto lui, altrimenti saremmo rimasti anche fuori. Bagno ai minimi termini.

・到着すると掲載されている住所からさらに離れたところに部屋があった。荷物が多くて大変だった
・部屋にヒーターがない
・壁やドアが薄すぎて、しかも入り口に近かったから玄関のドアのコードを入れる時の音が聞こえたり、ドアの音、宿泊客の会話、外の人の声や車の音、共同シャワー使用者の音など、全部聞こえて寝れなかったし、気持ち悪かった
・シャワードアがないから水が部屋に飛び散る

Nothing good to say about this place.
It was not as advertised. It does not offer a private bathroom as advertised. I doubt it there would be any room that looks like the picture on their website.
It is advertised as a hotel, but it is just a block of old flats separated into a lot of shoebox size rooms, definitely not a hotel.
You don't find out any of this until check in by which time they have already taken payment for the first night. Shysters.
We lost one nights fee because we wouldn't stay in this dump.
I can't answer some of the questions because we never got that far. Couldn't get away from the dump quickly enough.

El edificio muy sucio y aunque está cerca de Nueva York el método de transporte no es lo más cómodo y barato.
La ubicación era buena, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que el ómnibus a Nueva York sale 5 dólares cada trayecto (tendrás que pagar si o si 10
Dólares por día para ir y volver). Todo estaba limpio y no había nada roto.
Es mucho más chico que las fotos. Muy chico. El wifi los primeros días andaba mal y resta mucho que no tenga para cocinar.
