Un lugar que funciona para ir a conocer New York
Pros:

La cercanía al transporte y los comercios, el lugar tiene lo necesario y un punto a favor fue la nevera dentro del cuarto buen servicio. La persona que se encarga del lugar es muy atenta y ayuda mucho , una felicitación muy grande para ella .

Cons:

Se presentó un problema entre algunas personas en el lugar y incómodo una noche.

Cheap, clean, with bad internet- but good public transport connection
Pros:

The property is located in a nice and safe neighborhood. Very close to the bus, and it takes max 15min to arrive in Manhattan’s Port Authority, from where you can then transport pretty much anywhere else.

Cons:

It is exactly what it seems like, a cheap accommodation. It wasn’t dirty at all, but it also was nothing crazy good. Good for spending the night and showering. Wouldn’t stay longer than 2-3 nights here. If you plan to work remotely, keep in mind that the wifi is wobbly 90% of the time. Most of the time i couldnt even read Reddit or watch Reels, let alone something more data-intensive :)

Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, es re fácil ir y volver a Nueva York y la zona esta perfectamente iluminada. Para mí tener un baño privado es imprescindible y eso fue lo que más disfruté. La ducha siempre con buena presión y agua caliente. Hasta te dejan repuesto de papel higiénico cuando te quedas varios días eso me pareció genial. La heladera en la habitación también fue fundamental para nosotros. Nunca pasamos ni frío ni calor porque tienen todo lo necesario para que no sufras la temperatura externa.

Cons:

La cama es un poco incómoda para dos personas, parecía como cama de agua. Sería ideal un colchón un poco más firme. Una cosa que si me gustaría sugerir es que entiendo que se manejen con línea telefónica local, pero para un turista no es fácil recibir y/o hacer llamadas locales por lo que brindar una opción con WhatsApp para tener comunicación sería lo ideal. Si bien no tuvimos problemas a la hora de hacer el check in ya que nos dieron instrucciones claras, si algo llegaba a pasar quedábamos varados porque solo me contestaban por Booking hasta las 6 p.m. y después la opción era llamar pero para nosotros no era opción. Eso lo dejo como sugerencia. Igual volveríamos sin dudas por todos los servicios y comodidades brindadas.

Great location but not good for mobility limited and no front desk
Pros:

The location for my trips into the city was perfect. Coffee shop across the street and bus stop to NYC was right there.

Cons:

Steps into the place were way too tall and unsafe for me. There was no staff on duty and I don’t know how to reach out for help. The room was not the one represented in the photos. There was no lobby/front desk.

I wouldn’t stay here again, but if you need a cheaper place just to sleep while spendingmost of your time in NYC, it is

Room was neat, generally.

Cons:

Beddings had stains, room didn’t match any example photos, noise travelled easy, entrance smelled of smoke and weed, daily room cleaning didn’t happen - the process for this wasn’t clear when it was meant to happen so towels and beddings were never changed.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja z szybkim dojazdem na Manhattan. Z widokiem na całą panoramę!
Lodówka i mikrofalówka w pokoju. Wanna w łazience, która po całym dniu chodzenia była zbawieniem! Bardzo polecam.

Cons:

Brak widoku z okna, widok na ścianę. Nie do końca działał prysznic.
