Barrio tranquilo, habitacion comoda, precio ideal
Pros:

A mi me tocó la habitacion Nº 7 planta baja (primer piso) es la última del pasillo, creo es la mas linda porque posee dos ventanas que dan a un pequeño patio con mucha arboleda, uno se despierta viendo naturaleza escuchando pajaritos y viendo pasar ardillas por las paredes medianeras. Si buscan tranquilidad esa es la ideal, ademas al ser la ultima del pasillo no tienes gente pasando por tu puerta haciendo ruido. Es todo automatico, te envían la clave de accedo de la puerta de calle y de tu habitación, estuve alojado 6 noche, se ofrecieron a enviarme una persona de limpieza y al llegar estaba todo limpio y prolijo, nada que reclamar. El barrio es muy tranquilo no pasan autos y muchos comercios y restaurantes de todo tipo en los alrededores incluido mercados. Alojarse en Manhattan es muy caro, esta es la opción ideal para estar en una habitación con todas las comodidades a un precio razonable, tienes un bus a 100 mts que te deja en la terminal de buses a metros del Times Square.

Cómodo/tranquilo
Pros:

El lugar es limpio y las habitaciones estan en buenas condiciones. Tienen fácil acceso para llegar a la ciudad, hay unos buses que pasan a 1 cuadra mas o menos, dejan directo en Port Authority y se demoran entre 10 a 30 min en llegar dependiendo del trafico
