Good stay option within Worli.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Shops are near by, easily accessible by public transport and auto/cabs. Restaurant food quality was also great.

Cons:

I chose the Booking.com offer that had breakfast for additional 280/-. Hotel and restaurant didn't honor it. They charged regular breakfast charges. Reason given was restaurant is third party.

Staff was not available when needed, do not allow deliveries at the room, issue with wifi a major problem, i couldn’t work due to that and booked the ticket room only for 6 hours coz i had to work on my laptop.

Pros:

Location is good, close to key points of interest in Mumbai.

Cons:

Not value for money, way too expensive for the facility they provide, size of room, and cleanliness is an issue.
Housekeeping don’t get supported with proper tools so they just keep garbage on the floor while guests are walking in and out, no lift in the premise, inconveniences in parking. Breakfast wasn’t cleanly kept, there were cleaning items kept beneath the food stalls at breakfast. The staff wasn’t polite.

Cocroaches were there in the room. Secondly, intercom was not working properly, I have informed on first day but no action. Service is also not optimal.

Rooms were very small was not properly cleaned. There was no alcohol served like I have stayed in other bloom property there they did served but not here. Bloom Bandra is much better than worli

Enroute from good to just basic
Pros:

Having stayed in this same hotel multiple times, some expectations were calibrated will in advance. Bloom is good in parts. Very functional, though basic.
The front desk team have consistently been warm and helpful.

Cons:

Over the last year, the quality of upkeep and maintenance have dropped significantly. Have experienced leaky taps, missing shower cubicle doors, faulty TV over my last few visits.
In the last visit I saw the breakfast quality dip. Empty dishes, long wait for food refills reduced breakfast to bread butter jam and an omelette.
