Nous sommes très contents d’avoir choisi cet hôtel ! C’était notre premier voyage à Rome et la ville était tout simplement magnifique.
L’hôtel était très agréable, confortable et bien situé. Le personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse et toujours très serviable, un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme, leur bienveillance et leurs sourires.
Ils nous ont même proposé un taxi pour le retour à l’aéroport, un vrai plus ! Rien à redire, tout était parfait.
Lors de notre prochain séjour à Rome, c’est certain, nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter.
Je leur souhaite tout le bonheur du monde ❤️

Grandissima cortesia e disponibilità alla reception, camera completamente ristrutturata con bagno spazioso, ambienti molto puliti, letto molto comodo. Nei dintorni del ponte Sisto, ottima la posizione.

Veoma čosto, održavano, dobra veličina sobe, odgovarajući ormari za smeštaj garderobe. Kupatilo prostrano i čisto. Doručak su nam donosili u sobu u zakazano vreme.
Najlepši utisak nam je ostavila crvenokosa devojka na recepciji. Slatka, komunikativna, uslužna, pristojna, sve najbolje o njoj.

Colazione passabile, nessuno del personale era presente quindi…niente caffè o simili…

Cons:

Stanza piccola. Problemi di serratura della porta d’ingresso (chiave, non card) ma soprattutto con la chiusura di quella del bagno, scorrevole, che era impossibile non solo chiudere ma addirittura lasciare accostata. Pareti divisorie fra le stanze in cartone gesso?!? Sembrava di essere nella stanza accanto e viceversa, bagni inclusi! Luce di un comodino non funzionante.

Pros:

Super hôtel, très bien placé à proximité des toutes les attractions touristiques de Rome.
Propre et le personnel vraiment à l’écoute et au service des clients! Merci encore ☺️

Cons:

Ce n’est pas très bien insonorisé dans les chambres, les fenêtres ne sont pas assez épaisses. Il y a souvent beaucoup de bruits dans la petite cour et on entend beaucoup dans les chambres.
