Royal Mirage Hotel and Apartments

It was a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and did their job perfectly. My name is Hani, and I believe he is the manager of the hotel chain. He is a cheerful, friendly, and respectful man. I express my sincere respect to everyone, especially him. There is one point I would like to mention in all sincerity, and I spoke with the management, the reception, and Hani. It is about the disturbing noise coming from the upper room, which causes noise and disturbance while sleeping. The reason is the air conditioning. Solving this problem requires maintenance, nothing more. I hope they do it. The hotel offers all the features a guest needs for comfort, including tranquility. The price is very reasonable. The place consists of a spacious room, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen, which is what anyone would want. Kitchen facilities are available. The cleanliness is excellent, and I thank all the staff there from the bottom of my heart. The parking lot is spacious and has ample space. My advice: I recommend staying at this hotel. This is what I can say with all credibility, and everyone has their own opinion.

When I move to my new room, it was better from a light point of view as it was city view. But same issue insects found, no ironing board or iron available in the room. AC failed twice with long lead to fix it.

Rooms was clean, but saw many insects and cockroaches in my first room.

The room was great. I love the full size refrigerator. Everything was perfect, except the shower was a little small for me. Overall it was great.

Love it , excellent service , location is great , outstanding staff, this my second time staying here for two weeks, i am hooked next visit to Doha this going to be my spot. Keep up the good work

There are insects inside specifically cockroaches

Nice location next to musheireb metro station, very friendly employees , just need some renovation and i think it s on going. The kitchen is out of age and there is alot of cockroaches in the kictchen the kitchen utensils not good need to be changed. Othersiwe all is good .

The Royal Mirage Hotel is very clean and quiet place to relax.

It’s very comfortable to stay two weeks. Location is nearly perfect. Their hospitality and cleanliness is also great.

This is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel. Old worn out carpet.Very slow check in.

The room with the kitchen facilities and washing machine has all that is required from long stay. Gym is also not bad.

My stay at Royal Mirage Hotel was not that great. Room was large and comfortable but bathroom small and shower was tiny and one can hardly move inside the shower.
Breakfast for which 30 riyals was charged is poor.
Best hotel employee who was so efficient and helpful is SHAMBU who made my stay at hotel less unpleasant.

The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is also in an excellent location. About 10 minutes by foot to Musherib and 10 by car to the closest Souq.

My only complaint would be that the room had seen slightly better days; with some damage to the curtains, walls; lamps and towel rack.

Overall though. And excellent and cost effective stay.
