I loved the area, it's close to everything, the design of the building and rooms are also beautiful and great vibes.
Unfortunately on our last night other guests were shouting under our window at 2-3am, my husband tried to ask them politely to stop but they didn't. At one point around 4am they even tried to open into our room. Meanwhile ai know that you cannot choose your guests, I think night concierge should have done something when they were disturbing other guests with their behaviour.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado para los fines que teníamos planteados
Fué una estancia muy rapida pero estuvimos muy a gusto.
No pudimos desayunar en el cafesito que existe en ese lugar porque nos dijeron que había una boda y que el tiempo de espera para los alimentos era de una hora.

Respecto a las recámaras, están amplias y las camas son muy cómodas,
La ubicación es muy buena, sales a las avenidas fácilmente y encuentras muchos lugares abiertos.
El servicio lo quiero dividir en tres conceptos:
1. Recepción. Agradezco mucho el servicio en la recepción, fueron muy amables cuando nos recibieron y en nuetra salida nos apoyaron a guardar las maletas dado que nuestro vuelo salía un poco mas tarde, así nos dio oportunidad de seguir saliendo y solo pasar a recogerlas.
3. Desayuno. La habitación va con desayuno estilo americano, tienes que tener en cuenta que donde tomas es el desayuno es una cafetería por si sola, así que el desayuno que te ofrecen son huevos al gusto y chilaquiles ( sin proteína, pollo o huevo esto se paga aparte) , y un café americano. Si a ti se te antoja algún otro alimento que la cafetería ofrece, tendrás que pagar por él, para que lo consideres, en la cafetería fueron amables, .
*Las almohadas no son muy cómodas y se hunden mucho.
Servicio en la habitación. La verdad esto fue decayendo poco a poco. Nos quedamos 4 noches, cuando llegamos había un juego de 5 toallas. Dos grandes, dos de mano y una como tapete conforme avanzaron los días nos fueron quitando las toallas de mano y nos cambiaron las toallas grandes o al menos de un textura mejor por otras mucho mas delgadas y hasta se sentían mas pequeñas, los jabones solo nos pusieron dos en toda la estancia, en la última noche ya no teníamos y pues así nos tuvimos que bañar y lavar las manos por una radiografía de jabón. Y el día que lleganos encontré una montóncito de hormigas sobre una ventana, que tuve que limpiar por mi cuenta. Es por esto que no le pongo 5 estrellas.
*Desayuno. Solo unas cosas que en mi caso si me sacó un poquito de onda, fue que un día pedí un vaso con leche y me dieron un vaso grande con cierto costo, pero los otros dos días me dieron un vaso mas chico y me lo cobraron mas caro, de allí en fuera todo ok
La casa es hermosa, la ubicación extraordinaria, las habitaciones muy bonitas y el personal sumamente amable. Es mi segunda estancia y seguro volvería
Estuve ahi hace un año y medio. Noto un poco de descuido en algunos detalles que ojalá atiendan (algunos apagadores no funcionan, dimmers fallando, etc)
Una villa antigua renovada y bien mantenida, con un jardín amplio y relajante. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta superior de la cafetería y contaba con una cama grande y cómoda, mucho espacio y una buena limpieza. Esta ubicada muy cerca de la Avenida Chapultepec, en una zona llena de restaurantes, bares y vida nocturna. El alojamiento dispone de algunos lugares de estacionamiento en la calle de enfrente. Staff siempre presente y muy amable.
La cafetería es mejorable, sobre todo cuando el desayuno está incluido: ofrecen muy pocas opciones (solo permiten elegir entre chilaquiles y huevos, además de un café americano). Cualquier opción adicional se cobra aparte. Considerando la belleza del lugar, esto realmente desentona y le resta valor a la experiencia.
El sábado por la noche se escucha la música fuerte de un antro cercano, pero en nuestra habitación había ventanas con aislamiento acústico, por lo que el ruido no resultaba tan molesto.

Our room was generously spacious, with large windows that filled the space with beautiful natural light. The location is particularly convenient—just a short distance from the main street, yet discreetly tucked away in a quiet side lane, providing a peaceful escape from the surrounding noise and bustle.
The reception staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant.
A truly charming property with plenty of character, ideal for those who appreciate a more intimate and distinctive stay.
A Few Areas for Improvement:
A coffee machine in the room would be a welcome addition and would make the stay even more convenient for guests. The bathroom and shower doors also did not close completely and could benefit from some maintenance or minor renovation.
These are relatively small points, but addressing them would further enhance the overall guest experience.
Es un lugar muy agradable y de buen gusto, el personal es muy amable y es muy fácil tramitar la llegada y salida. El mobiliario es muy acogedor y cómodo

עיצוב התקרה שבחדר ודלתות העץ של החלונות נותנות הרגשה של הוסטל ואת זה פחות. אהבנו. שאר העיצוב היה בסדר גמור.
המים במקלחת פושרים אך בתקופה החמה לא ממש מהווה בעיה.
