The hotel, as well as the hotel staff, are A+.
I stayed with my family for 7 days at the Boulevard Hotel and I have nothing but praise for it. We felt right at home, the staff was more than pleasant, smiling, kind-hearted, and always ready to help. Housekeeping does an excellent job - every corner of the hotel is clean and smells nice.
Also, they take good care of the plants inside the hotel, which I was delighted with 🌸

We enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer, and most importantly, my parents were able to sleep well at night because the rooms are very well soundproofed.

I look forward to visiting the Boulevard Hotel again, and enjoying the beauties that the wonderful country of Oman and its people have to offer.

Great stay! Comfy beds, clean rooms, fresh and good quality food.
The hotel is in a peaceful location, but still in close proximity to either the airport or the downtown. Staff was uber hospitable. The rooftop offers a pool with a great view of the city.

The hotel is pretty new and well kept . The receptionist Malik have pleasant attitude,he helped us with big smile and show the hospitality. I wish him all the best. Hotel located bit away from muscat centre quite location near boulevard mall

Recently, I had taken a room and stayed at Boulevard Hotel, Al Khoud, Seeb, Oman to deal with some business enquiries. To be honest, the hygiene and neatness of the
room was very much appreciable. The room and the surroundings was very well-kept by the staff members. However, there was a great problem that I noticed with the staff members working in the Restaurant Department. When I started to have my breakfast, the vegetables in the sandwich had a very rotten taste and were very watery. The bread tasted very rough and hard as though it had expired. I found an insect in the juice. I reported these problems to the waiter. Meanwhile, the waiter remained silent. As I saw the silence being kept by the waiter, I asked him that I wanted to meet his manager. When I met the manager, I told all the things that had happened there. However, the manager shouted and protested as though the fault was by my side. I went to many hotels and had many kinds of food but I did not have this type of horrible experience. Therefore, I request the hotel management to take immediate action against the whole restaurant staff members who have been betraying many people, who have been trusting them, knowingly or unknowingly.

The hotel & it's ambience so cool but i met with an incident which I have never met before in any other hotels as I am a traveller I visited many places & stayed in so many hotels this is the first time i happen to face such a misbehavior (sexually) from a person on the reception. I don't want to mention all one in the reception but one guy who looks like an Asian I can't recognize his name he weared a black pant & white shirt . I don't know I am the first person who's facing the pathetic situation but i am sure that there may be guest who faced my situation from this particular guy. If the management don't take a powerful action against him this hotel will have to face a shutdown due to this guy. Considering all the other good factor that i get from the hotel I am not supposed to give any complaint to the ministry of tourism. So please take necessary action against this guy in order to safeguard your reputation & the continuity of your business.

very very very bad staf they not respect the religion of people and qsk religon also not respect of the gust pls remove from ur list they tell me u shold be go out from my hotel and take my money that all

Room is really good for family and the staffs are really helpful and friendly.outstanding hotel,convenient location, delicious restaurants and impeccable service.I would highly recommend this hotel and will be first choice for future trip

The reception staff (An Omani Gentleman) was very very RUDE and was behaving like he do not care about anyone. He could not understand or speak English. The staff in the restaurant didn't wanted to work or were forced to do so. Whatever is is finished on the buffet they do not refill and when asked they say we are over with it or some other excuses.
General Manager do not answers the phone. Staff do not wear name batches and when asked about their name he refused to tell.

The best hotel near the seeb oman with great service. The staffs are very polite. Rooms very spacious and cleaned very well. If you are looking for a clean relax and great service definitely you can select this hotel .Definitely we will come back again

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The view of the hotel was very beautiful, especially at night. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. fitness club was good. pool was very good. steam room was great. The behavior of the staff was very respectful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and designed so well. Room service is quick and housekeeping attentive.It’s really enjoyable and nice.

Great rate on a very comfortable, beautiful, new room. Small issue at check-in that caused a delay, but very friendly and helpful customer service. Will definitely stay here again!
