Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Valet parking was extremely helpful. Location was very nice, about 15 minute walk to the main street, lots of restaurants closer by. The rooms have a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice.

Cons:

The bathroom flooded during general use and it was clearly visible that there had been a leakage from the floor above. The airconditioning did not cool down the room that much in the day, but made it too cool in the night. Sound isolation could be better, both inside (we could hear neighbours) as outside (we got woken up by the sound of the mosque nearby).

It doesn’t mach 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Nice staff, especially the receptionist were kind and nice, and guid and treat us very well.

Cons:

The sheets and pillowcases weren’t clean and we could see some hair left on the sheets which shows they hadn’t been changed.

Pros:

I booked this room for my brother and he was satisfied with the location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good.
The room my brother received was different from the one I had booked for them. A smaller room was given to them while I had paid for a bigger room.

Pros:

La habitacion era muy amplia y cómoda, con sofa y escritorio y vistas con el castillo a lo lejos.
Muy buen desayuno tipo bufet aunque la sala queda un poco pequeña si el hotel está lleno.

Cons:

La piscina interior no estaba muy limpia o cuidada a pesar de ser un hotel nuevo.
Nos vendieron un tour a la isla de Akdamar, pero se canceló media hora antes de la salida. Además, parece que hay que tener cuidado con esos tours, que algunos son mas bien de fiesta y visitan los monumentos solo de fuera.
