I must emphasize again that the staff were exceptional; if I travel to Van again, I will definitely book this same hotel.

Étape confortable mais sans âme
Pros:

Le service de valet pour garer le véhicule dans un parking, le petit-déjeuner, le confort.

Cons:

Un peu de sourire à la réception certes très professionnelle mais peut-être un peu trop.
Ne comptez pas sur elle pour obtenir un renseignement afin de trouver un restaurant ou un numéro de bus pour aller au château.

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, respektvoll und zuvorkommend. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt war, dass die meisten Mitarbeiter Persisch sprechen konnten. Alles war einfach perfekt!
Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen Gegend und alles, was man braucht, ist gut erreichbar.
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Cons:

Das Einzige, was man beachten sollte, ist, dass sich eine Moschee in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befindet und der Gebetsruf etwas laut zu hören ist.

Der Massage- und Hamambereich war sehr gut. Allerdings hätte ich mir während der Massage entspannende Musik gewünscht, um die Behandlung noch mehr genießen zu können.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Valet parking was extremely helpful. Location was very nice, about 15 minute walk to the main street, lots of restaurants closer by. The rooms have a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice.

Cons:

The bathroom flooded during general use and it was clearly visible that there had been a leakage from the floor above. The airconditioning did not cool down the room that much in the day, but made it too cool in the night. Sound isolation could be better, both inside (we could hear neighbours) as outside (we got woken up by the sound of the mosque nearby).
