Ridiculously cold in the room.

For a small city like Van, it was expensive.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Room was big and gad a nice view.

Cons:

Despite its five-star rating, the hotel felt closer to a four-star experience. Cleanliness was below expectations, with visible stains on some bedside tables. The Turkish hammam was very small and required reservations, as access was prioritized for paying massage customers. The changing area was shared between men and women, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Breakfast was average and lacked the variety and traditional Turkish specialties typically expected.

With that price I don't recommend it

Just the Lobby and design

Cons:

Services were so weak in the room
Fridge wasn't cool tv was broken 😢 and they turn of the aircondion in the morning while it was so hot. Breakfast was so poor and there was not too many choices, we left the place with hunger not joy at all😕
