It is a pleasant and welcoming place to stay.

Хорошая 5-ка со СПА и хорошим шведским столом на завтрак, очень отзывчивый персонал, заселили в номер люкс, с видом на город - нам все понравилось.

This is a scam

Cons:

I paid extra for a lake-view room, but the hotel is not even close enough to the lake to offer such a view.

I have contacted Booking.com multiple times about this issue, but after two weeks, it still has not been resolved. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com has offered a refund for the additional amount I paid.

To make matters worse, there was a leak near the window, allowing rainwater to enter the room.

Overall, this was an awful experience and very poor service.

I am going back to stay another night on my way back to fly out

The room’s carpet wad not clean enough.

Also in the last day we wanted to leave early and 15 min after restaurant start time, the day before we asked if there is possiblity to have breakfast pack and the reception said you can go and the staffs will provide box but when we were there they didn’t provide anything and said just eat here. So this affected our plan, they could easily say it is not possible and we could plan based on that but the wrong info led us to inconvinence which we didn’t experince this kind of behaviours before.
