Guzel temiz bir otel

Es war alles sauber, soweit in Ordnung. Nur ich hatte eine Zimmer mit Meerblick allerdings bekam ich eine Zimmer mit Blick auf die Häuser. Da ich aber nur zwei Übernachtungen hatte, war das jetzt eben akzeptabel. Hatte das auch nicht beanstandet, aber im großen Ganzen Verbindung zum Hotel. Erreichbarkeit Zentrale Lage alles soweit in Ordnung Kann ich empfehlen

Girişte uçak iptali nedeni ile üç midibüs dolusu yolcu yönlendirilmişti. Gece yarısı bu beklenmedik yoğunluğu sanısım ismi Ali olan tek resepsiyon personeli hem yönetti hem de odalarına hızla yolladı. Bu kadar seri ve sorunsuz bu işi yapan elemanı otel ayrıca ödüllendirmeli.

My fiancé is Turkish, and because she has a Turkish passport, they refused her entry into the hotel. I had advised the manager at check-in, that we would be back, because I had to go pick up the passport, so I had forgotten at the Sheraton hotel the night before, and then also to pick up my fiancé, who arrived later than I did. Just to be denied entry onto the property. The representative was very disrespectful, very rude, had a very strong voice, almost like he was trying to fight. We eventually left the property. They kept talking about that my guests name was not specified. But who literally puts both names on the reservation. You only put the main Guest, and then at checking you do the rest. Very disgusting service at this hotel.

Prima receptie die engels spreekt, ruime kamers en goed ontbijt. Inloop regen douche met voldoende druk en warm water.

Otele giris sarti olarak evlilik belgesi istediler. Kiz arkadasim ile evli olmadigimiz icin otele almadilar.Tam bir rezillik.

Air conditioning is out of order on checking in on October 27. Informed Responsible Reception with no luck and spent the night with no sleep.
The second day A/C was repaired. Again on Oct 29 “right now after mid night“ A/C Out of Order” Informed them many times with no luck to repair the A/C nor able to change the room.
This thing never happened with me .

I reserved a night at this hotel. Unfortunately I tested positive for COVID so I reached out to the hotel about 1 hour after the cancellation window ended. I never even received a response.

very bad experience

The hotel team were so polite and friendly. The rooms are quite large and the hotel is fairly new. The view of the back side view towards factories or warehouses.

The staff is amazing and very helpful and friendly
