Cleanliness
7.8
Mixed reports: many guests described rooms and public areas as very clean and modern, but several reviews noted dirty showers, stained surfaces, an unsteady toilet and premature housekeeping interruptions—overall slightly below target.
Service
8.9
Generally praised: multiple mentions of friendly, personable and helpful staff (including named staff), smooth check-ins for many guests; isolated service issues (rude breakfast attendant, early housekeeping knock) but overall service is a strong point.
Location
8.6
Mostly positive: frequently cited as convenient, close to college and within walking distance of nearby eateries; a few guests found the exact location less ideal but overall favorable.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms described as clean, comfortable, modern, with good beds, blackout curtains and thoughtful touches (TV personalized); some reports of minor maintenance issues (toilet, body wash pump).
Amenities
7.6
Some limitations noted: no in-room microwave in some rooms, limited ice bucket availability, towel replacement issues and no bags provided on request; breakfast service hours and setup also criticized—amenities underperform relative to expectations.
Value for Money
8.9
Several guests explicitly called the hotel great value, economical, and praised pricing relative to quality and modern condition—strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.7
Mixed: breakfast was described as good by some, but complaints include late opening time, rude attendant and limited beverage access for children—service inconsistencies lower the score.
Overall Experience
8.7
Generally positive stays with many repeat guests and recommendations; common praises for cleanliness, comfort, staff and design, tempered by recurring operational issues (housekeeping timing, minor maintenance, amenity gaps).

I never experienced when you are paying for a place and worker trying to rush you out of the building before checkout.
Pros:

It was quiet

Cons:

The toilet was unsteady and the cleaning crew knocking on the door before it was time to check out. After responding they stood in the hallway by the door.

Not a clean environment/room
Pros:

The colors of the hotel and the tile floors instead of carpet.

Cons:

It is not a clean hotel. The rooms are dirty. The showers are stained with dirt. It’s gross.
