Horrible and a rip off wish I never came here
Pros:

Staff was rude did not want to give my kids the complementary cookies. The hotel description said there was two pools open year-round. There was one pool and it was not heated. Also was up all night the people above us were loud at 4 AM banging and jumping up and down. I will never stay here again, and I will let everybody know what a joke this hotel is.

Listened to neighbors talking, TV, people above us walking from bed to bath, toilets flushing. It’s a Holiday Inn.

Great location.
Pros:

Clean location, close to restaurants and activities.

Cons:

The extreme smell of marijuana on the 4th floor in my room. I do not use marijuana so this was very frustrating and smelly. I had notified the staff of this and they tried to locate the person. My bathroom smelled very bad all 2 days.
