Great stay
Pros:

Hotel rooms were large. The beds were comfortable, one of the best stays at a hotel chain in Japan. Family enjoyed the room and the attached restaurant

Pros:

Had a great stay. Beautiful room, lovely bathroom, nice view, nice staff, near the trainstation and busstops (including the regional bus coming from Sendai), next to a convienience store. Little further from the castle and main shopping street, but still walking distance and actually nicely inbetween them.

Cons:

The english of some of the staff was a bit limited. I couldn´t find my bath towel at first and actually had to ask, but it was there, just in a caddy under the sink.

Pros:

Comme dans tout les Daiwa très bel hôtel confortable et bien placé . Celui ci offre en plus des chambres plus grandes et de belles salle de bains. Un hôtel ou on se sent tout de suite bien. Pour le reste, on est au Japon, est tout est fait pour vous rendre votre séjour agréable.

建物が新しい

Cons:

スタッフの対応。非常階段も開かないとの誤った告知をされた。停電によるトイレ、エレベーター、お風呂、空調、充電、使えない上に、非常灯が明るすぎて眠れなかった。トイレは流さないで使えと言われ、実際そのようにして不衛生な環境下で泊まることになり不快だった。
