Excellent place to stay away from pricey ski slopes accomodatiion.

Size. Very Attentive front desk staff that attended to your needs immediately. Location is excellent with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Good location with comfortable room.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean room, which is bigger than we expected. The location is just 200 meters from Yamagata station and close to shops and restaurants. There are many wide variety of restaurants that it is very difficult to decide which one to go to. Highly recommended.

Perfect hub for winter expedition to Ginzan or Zao
Pros:

Great location, very kind and helpful staff who were pretty proficient in English as well. The room was quite spacious for Japan and the bathroom was excellent

Cons:

Only discomfort were the pillows! Bit uncomfortable
