Staff remembered us from before and we're very helpful and friendly.
Hotel looks very tired now from the entrance and throughout, the Tema242 signs outside also dirty and tired ( first impressions count).
Needs to be freshened up.
For the restaurant I noticed a couple of changes but they didn't really mean anything for example the no smoking sign in the restaurant yet people were still smoking while others are eating.

Location is stunning, with beautiful views of Antalya and the mountains.
Rooms are clean and well designed and maintained.
Customer service is excellent, very attentive and responsive to any complaints or requests, for example our room kettle stopped working and was replaced within 10 minutes
Very relaxed atmosphere, no hustle and bustle.
Should have booked a late check out but didn't ask really, afternoon pickup for airport at 1430, so reception was base from 1100. Reception looked after our case and we wondered up to Starbucks to pass the time.

L’hôtel est très bien situé ça permet de se déplacer facilement sans avoir recours aux taxis. Nous avions vu sur la mer et c’était très beau. Il y a avait la plage à 5 min. Nous sommes resté 2 nuits.
Le petit déjeuner était bon.
L’hôtel ne proposait pas les équipements classiques : kit de soins.
La chambre était sale et poussiéreuse on dirait que le ménage n’est pas fait.
Ontbijt was goed je had veel keuzes.

Leuke locatie aan zee met een mooi zicht op de zee voor de kamers vooraan. Kamer is niet te groot, maar voldoende om enkel te slapen. Goede douche.
Hotel is hier en daar aan een opknap beurt toe. Gedurende de nacht last van blaffende honden.
