Отличный отель. Ресторан просто супер!
Достаточно удобное расположение рядом с зоной променада и пляжем. Были в не сезон, поэтому пользоваоись просто как городским отелем. Завтрак хороший, не очень разнообразный по дням, но в целом псть выбор.
Визуально кажется что бассейн и место у него крайне мало, для сезона может быть критично, но для другого времени все отлично

I never had any evening meal there apart from occasional breakfast-simply not to face him .
Elevator very small

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Keine Möglichkeit den Koffer zu öffnen. Bad verschimmelt. Kein Aufzug über 6 Etagen. Frühstück keine Auswahl. Abendessen extrem teuer und Wartezeit über eine Stunde. Wir haben das Essen dann abbestellt. Kein Zimmer Reinigungsarbeiten wärend des Aufenthaltes. Hotel wird wegen der Lage von Taxis und Uber nicht gefunden. Unsichere Gegend.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful BUT! The hotel restaurant is full of smokers whilst you are eating! There were even a baby and a toddler inhaling this in to there small lungs!
This is very bad bad practice to allow !
Staff remembered us from before and we're very helpful and friendly.
Hotel looks very tired now from the entrance and throughout, the Tema242 signs outside also dirty and tired ( first impressions count).
Needs to be freshened up.
For the restaurant I noticed a couple of changes but they didn't really mean anything for example the no smoking sign in the restaurant yet people were still smoking while others are eating.
Staff where excellent and housekeeping was amazing sacide was very friendly and went above and beyond

This is a more difficult than my usual reviews because it would normally not be something we would book. However we were here for a dental treatment and allocated this hotel and all in all it was good. We were given a larger room on arrival and the room was okay clean and functional. The balcony was small but sunny in the morning and the bathroom was okay. The restaurant was great and everyone in the hotel and restaurant are excellent and I mean everyone. Breakfast was a buffet with omelettes to order and we had dinner 3 nights in the restaurant and always excellent. Its position is perfect a short walk to another restaurant and an Irish bar and a really nice park just ten minutes away. There is also plenty of other places to visit locally.
I don't know who the people in the photos are. I don't think a single member of staff smiled the whole time I was there. I found them to be either curt (reception) or silent. Definitely no smiles. I was there for dental treatment. The dentist I was at has an agreement with the hotel. You'd think that would mean some sort of care for your toothless pain dilema. Only suitable food to begin with was some yoghurt. I complained to the dentist, and then soup became an option too. No ice to aid with swelling, pain etc. No tea in the rooms, only coffee.
The place is clean. And after being given a room directly over the restaurant, (unbelievably noisy) I was moved to a room higher up. The restaurant is open late, and loud music therefore plays until late. Ok if on holiday maybe, but not recovering from surgery. As a solo female traveller, I felt very alone, very vulnerable, and very uncared for.
Location is stunning, with beautiful views of Antalya and the mountains.
Rooms are clean and well designed and maintained.
Customer service is excellent, very attentive and responsive to any complaints or requests, for example our room kettle stopped working and was replaced within 10 minutes
Very relaxed atmosphere, no hustle and bustle.
Should have booked a late check out but didn't ask really, afternoon pickup for airport at 1430, so reception was base from 1100. Reception looked after our case and we wondered up to Starbucks to pass the time.
