Wundervolles Boutiquehotel in der besten Lage der Stadt mit liebevollen Details!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind hübsch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frische Rosen im Zimmer und jeden Abend gibt es ein Betthupferl mit persönlicher handschriftlicher Botschaft! Die Lage ist hervorragend!

Pros:

Staff were great, efficient, great location and amazingly comfortable beds. Cool hotel right in centre of old town close to everything. Particularly loved the bed which was so comfortable, slept really well.

Because it is in the centre of the town it could have some noise from the street below

Pros:

Der Empfang und war sehr freundlich und wir haben zu unser großen Freude ein Upgrade bekommen auf eine Suite. Das Kingsize Bett war super bequem. Es gab eine Flasche Cava als Geschenk, vielen Dank.
Wc in einem extra Raum, sehr angenehm und eine schöne Dusche.
Sehr ruhig obgleich mitten im Zentrum.

Cons:

Das runde Waschbecken ist stylisch aber ein bisschen klein.

Pros:

The staff is friendly yet pristine professionals. The location is top tier and the Princess Junior Suite a modern but quality equipped and comfortable, balcony has a double isolation with sliding doors and windows that’s perfect for 0 noises from “El Borne” the beautiful city center promenade and room service is very nice considering the snacking menu at anytime during the night, again a very well managed hotel with a different style in the city city center run by a young team of discreet excellent and experienced employees. Would fully recommend a stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel by Garden Hotels anytime.

Très bel hôtel, excellent accueil au centre historique de Palma
Pros:

Excellent accueil et excellent service.
Petit déjeuner servi à table délicieux et complet.
Emplacement très central.
Chambre confortable et relativement spacieuse.
Terrasse du septième étage agréable.
Décoration moderne et réussie.

Cons:

Un peu de bruit dans la rue à cause d’un café, mais cela s’arrête le soir après 22 heures.
Accès un peu compliqué en voiture, particulièrement le week-end de la fête des Baléares, mais il y a des parkings à proximité et un service de voiturier

The best value for money hotel in Palma 10/10
Pros:

Everything. Location is excellent. Staff are absolutely incredible, everyone smiles, everyone is polite, even the cute 18 year waiter is so polite. Honestly service is impeccable. Room is perfect, small but totally fine. Room service is great, breakfast is perfect. Honestly for the price and the services of a 5 star hotel, this hotel is absolutely wonderful.

Great stay in Palma old town
Pros:

Central location close to the Cathedral, with a good choice of restaurants nearby. Comfortable room with good temperature control. Helpful staff. Cava on arrival.

Cons:

The roof terrace was closed so access to outside space was limited to the restaurant terrace.
