We stayed at this hotel in May for 7 nights with breakfast. The breakfasts were lovely and there was plenty to eat and a good variety. The area is so convenient for the city and train/bus station. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful - they couldn't do enough for us, and the hotel was clean and modern.

Locatie, personeel, inrichting, hygiëne, service, kleine attenties alles was TOP. Het personeel deed werkelijk alles om je op je gemak te stellen. 5 sterren van mij ! Het bed was extreem comfortabel. Eens je er op lag, wilde je niet meer opstaan. Ik heb zelfs een foto genomen van het merk van de matras, zodat ik er thuis een kan bestellen :D. Handdoeken idem, zeer zacht, slippers zeer comfy, hun producten zijn allemaal lokaal en gemaakt van amandelen. Er is koffie en thee op de kamer en je krijgt vers water en bloemen. Personeel is zeer beleefd en ze doen werkelijk alles om het naar je zin te maken. Ze lijken goed opgeleid (en is niet meer vanzelfsprekend op heel veel plekken). De locatie is helemaal top, pal in het centrum, privé parking in de buurt, alles is op wandelafstand. De kamers zijn super mooi, zeer verzorgd, ze komen meerdere keren langs om alles aan te vullen, nieuwe handdoeken, attenties. Ik zou er zooooo opnieuw verblijven.

Tolle Lage - sehr freundliches Personal

We scrolled through a lot of hotel options for our Jet2 break in Palma de Mallorca and this one didn't disappoint. As said elsewhere the hotel entrance is on a side street which our transfer gently reversed up to drop us at the door. The hotel frontage faces onto the Passieg del Borne but our "cozy" room was at the back. Just a little noise from the friendly Charlott bar opposite but that closed by 11.45pm.
The room was ample for our needs with a LARGE double bed, bath, shower and separate toilet. Bathrobes and slippers were provided and housekeeping did a first rate job.
We were warmly greeted by Ana at the 7th floor reception on our first night and given a glass of cava to enjoy on their terrace looking towards the cathedral.
We didn't try the restaurant as we wanted to explore the city for food but some fellow guests reported that they were very happy with the breakfast provided.
Very conveniently located, literally 4 minutes from the cathedral. We would happily return.
(Only small snag was instruction to leave out key cards in our room when checking out early on our final day. Then realised we couldn't operate the lift so lugged heavy suitcase down the stairs! 🙄😁)

My wife and I had an extremely pleasant seven night stay in the Nivea Born hotel. The hotel is conveniently located in the old town and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and many places of interest. The room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed . Food was excellent. However, what really made the holiday were the incredible staff. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt confident that if they recommended a bar or restaurant when asked they did so because it was worth a visit and there was no incentive for the hotel to do so. ( Not always the case!). Friendly , professional and helpful. Great stay

Sehr freundliches Personal - Ana hat sich gleich sehr nett gekümmert. Ich bekam sogar ein Upgrade in ein wunderschönes Zimmer. Ein herzlicher Empfang!
Ein Fahrradverleih ist ums Eck - über Nacht kann das Bike im Hotel abgestellt werden. Die Lage ist perfekt- das Hotel ist mittendrin ! Und für eine Auszeit gibt es mehrere schöne Dachterrassen.
Ich würde wiederkommen- zumal Preis / Leistung stimmen .

My stay at Nivia Born Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing! I loved the hotel — the room was beautiful, very comfortable, and everything was explained perfectly upon arrival. They even have a pillow menu, which was such a special touch.

A huge thank you to Ana for her personalized attention and kindness. She helped me change to a more comfortable pillow for me, recommended amazing restaurants, and even helped organize and book parts of my trip. Her service made the whole experience even more special.

I would definitely come back without hesitation! Highly recommended.

Nivia Born is a modern boutique hotel located in the centre of Palma. It is in easy walking distance of the main city sights. It is in a small side street off the main thoroughfare and somewhat difficult to find at first. But once you have found it you will not be disappointed. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are very pleasant. Ana and Ivan were particularly helpful.

The best safe hotel ever. I left there my phone and they delivered to my country. It was amazing. Best service

Everything. The location is perfect, the room was very well equipped and every member of staff is exceptional.

Overnattingen stedet var veldig sentralt, ett steinkast unna byen og alt det Mallorca har å tilby. Frokosten var den beste jeg har opplevd, inkludert frokost anbefales på det sterkeste. Rommet var rent og personalet var ekstra hyggelig, vi feiret bryllupsreise hos dem og fikk en liten oppmerksomhet. 11/10
