Excellent - we will be book - pick out all the staff who were excellent
Pros:

Staff excellent, everything perfect

Cons:

Couple of slight things which we mentioned to the hotel..Wouldn’t stop us going again which we will.
Not a good selection of gluten free at breakfast for coeliacs.
Slight problem - small breakfast room - 2 ladies having a loud business meeting with phones, facetime etc etc. Last thing we want on holiday is to be reminded of work

Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town!
Pros:

Fantastic location! Very clean and comfortable! Lovely, friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have had a bar area and didn’t like the reception being on the 7th floor - felt like we were staying in an apartment rather than a hotel.

Läget, läget, läget, frukosten, personalen.

Cons:

Planlösningen i rummet. Toalett separat, dusch separat, handfatet i entrén/hallen. Måste vara en man som har designat detta? Man kan behöva lite privacy för hygien även i ett hotellrum.

Good hotel, shame about the WiFi.
Pros:

Excellent location to central Palma. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Very poor WiFi, especially if you need it for business(like us). We mentioned it to the reception as we were leaving and apparently we could have been connected to another WiFi.

Topp for byferie med strandliv.
Pros:

Un hotel que cobra por la ubicacion en pleno centro

Arquitectura interior muy elegante

Cons:

Es un hotel boutique con habitaciones pequeñas y sin espacios para estar y por lo mismo algo incomodo.
No habia instrucciones escritas en la habitación sobre como usar el telefono, wifi, caja de seguridad lo que me causo problemas la primera noche ya que llegamos despues de las 10 pm. Como reclame me dieron un desayuno gratis en compensación el que es muy bueno.
El precio es muy alto no se condice con lo que ofrece.
