I arrived at 10 pm and informed bell boy Shahin I require business documents and advertisement printed for conference next day urgently, Shahin called over print shop owner to visit me within an hour to get all my stuff ready for my conference next day. Unbelievable service. Thank you Shahin and Sunday Emerald staff

Pros:

Some staff are not matured how to collect and return laundry, they don't open gym on the operation time. The draining of bathtub is terrible. House keepers don't know when I checkout the room. And breakfast is very poor. I wouldn't come back.
