ACE Hôtel Rouen Parc des Expositions

The place was so dirty, we left for another hotel. The member of staff on duty was completely disinterested and the hotel refused a refund. Expedia's response was that they could not help!

We use this hotel as a stop before Le shuttle. Nice friendly staff, breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are comfortable and very clean, a good budget stop over. Also two nice places to eat within a minute walk. We stay with our two small dogs who are always welcome.

Spotlessly clean rooms, very polite and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable beds . Lots of eateries and supermarkets nearby. Great for an overnight stay. Highly recommend.

This was a stop off point on route to a town further south, easy to find and easily enough food options close by

We stopped for one night at the Ace Hotel in Rouen while travelling to the south of France, and it was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, the car park very secure, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Everything about our stay was excellent albeit was only one night – we honestly couldn’t fault it. We’ll definitely be using this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

This is our second stay in this ACE Rouen.
Simple ,in good condition and very clean.
Staff polite and friendly enough.
Comfortable bed, not so much the pillow in my view.
Location was good for us not far from motorway.

We stayed at the Ace Hotel Rouen on our way home from Toulouse, it was perfect for our family, comfortable and clean. And a short walk from a great italian restaurant. 👍

Great overnight stay. Room spotless clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and professional. Would defibstely go there again.

This is a budget hotel but one of the better ones. Reception staff are always there and so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good value and there are two decent places to eat in the evening a 30 second walk away.

Was not soundproofed as advertised. Very noisy. Not a good area. Staff were not helpful.

Used hotel for 1 night stopover from UK travelling south. Arrived much later than expected, about 2am, extremely friendly & efficient staff member checked us in. Secure car park, loads of spaces. We could smell the pastries being cooked for breakfast so added that on too. Really big spacious family room for 2 adults, 2 teens & our dog - very clean, very comfortable beds. Outside area to sit with dog whilst we ate our breakfast. Outside hotel, small but useful grounds with bins to walk dog. Hotel was perfect for our needs, will definitely use again.

Staff were really helpful and courteous.
Our French is barely passable so their excellent English helped us a lot.
Room was very clean and comfortable and a very good fresh continental breakfast topped it off before we left for our holiday

We had an overnight stay while traveling up to the Chunnel. Perfect. Room basic but ideal for our needs. Secure parking ideal. Restaurants nearby with 10 percent discount from hotel.

Someone that visits this hotel very often and for a very good reason. It’s very clean, comfortable, I sleep well, staff are always friendly.

Not many hotels in France have this standard.

Breakfast here is very reasonably priced compared to other hotels and the lady with the Glasses at reception makes the best cafe au lait in France!!!!
