Дошли руки написать отзыв, хочу сказать лучшая часть этого отеля - это его персонал! Приветливый, приятный, веселый, спасибо вам за гостеприимство)) Приезжали семьей, дали два номера на одном этаже, заселили раньше времени, расположение отличное, через дорогу автобусная остановка, пару минут набережная и паромная станция Кабаташ. Единственное отель находится внизу, поэтому до Джихангира, Таксима и тд нужно будет зачетно подниматься вверх, НО ходить в горы это база для Стамбула, поэтому просто имейте этот факт в виду)) В округе много приятных кофеен, аптека, продуктовик.

Вай фай во время нашего проживания работал с перебоями.

도착하자마자 웰컴 커피도 주시고 체크인 시간 보다 일찍 도착 했음에도 불구하고 많은 배려를 해 주셨습니다. 노 리프트 방을 예약했는데 방까지 우리 짐을 옮겨 주셨습니다. 친절하게 방까지 오셔서 사용법을 다 설명해 주시고 중간에 의문 사항이 있을 때도 너무나 친절하게 대해 주셨습니다. 체크아웃할때 에는 선물도 받았습니다. 방 상태는 아주 깨끗했고 특별히 숙소 위치는 최고 입니다. 테라스에서 커피를 마시며 바다를 보는 아침은 행복했습니다. 다시 방문해서 꼭 오고싶어요.

Felt very welcomed and taken care for. Very much recommended.
Pros:

In a small side street right off Kabataş ferry port, with a short tram ride to the old town. If you squint a little, the neighbourhood reminds of montmartre with its steep stairways and narrow streets.
Extremely friendly reception staff, very knowledgeable and with great suggestions for food, sightseeing and getting around. Very friendly cats out front as well ;)

I will never stay here again.

Cons:

Literally no wifi, very small room, no views, privacy compromise, very low ceiling I’m literally never seen such a low ceiling, I’m 174 cm and my could touch the ceiling

Шикарный отель!
Pros:

Отель расположен в идеальном месте! До Галата Порт набережной - 5 минут пешком , до Таксим 10 в гору. Номера супер чистые, новые. Персонал очень вежливый ! Рекомендую отель!

Cons:

Вид на недострой , но это не критично.

Un séjour formidable avec une équipe au top !!

J'ai été accueilli le premier jour par Sinan, courtois souriant et très professionnel. et ensuite toute l' équipe a été au top, d une gentillesse incroyable et aux petits soins. Toujours présent en cas de besoin ou d' informations,.. un café ou un thé..et toujours le sourire. j'ai été ravie de partager tous ses moments de convivialité, l' équipe est formidable ! Concernant la structure, l''hôtel est top, moderne les chambres sont très bien équipées, très propres. Il est très bien situé pour se déplacer, à 2 minutes d'une station de tram et du Bosphore, proche de Kabatas où vous pouvez prendre les ferrys. A 10 min à pied max de la place Taksim, et à 10 min en tram pour aller à Galataport... C'est un hôtel que je recommande ! un grand merci à toute l' équipe pour votre accueil chaleureux et professionnel je reviendrai avec un grand plaisir 😊

Wonderful Hospitality
Pros:

This is a boutique hotel, clean, and in a great location. But what really made our stay special was the staff.
During our stay in Istanbul, we stayed in 6 different hotels, and the hospitality at Union Hotel was by far the best. San, Ardalan, and Maryam are wonderful. They made us feel so welcomed, and we felt like we’ve known them for years! What a wonderful hospitality.
They even helped us with a transfer to a different hotel, which wasn’t even their responsibility. So kind! We highly recommend this hotel!
