We just had a short one night stay but this hotel was everything it needed to be for that. Staff were super friendly and helpful - lovely Turkish hospitality, and they were fun to talk to. They also gave great advice on the public transport route to the airport. The bathroom was spacious. The air conditioner is also very powerful.
Be prepared for LOTS of steps to explore Cihangir. It's a good area though, not touristy. Lots of cafes.
This Hotels main strenths are the wonderful staff and great location.
Metro is literally a two minute walk and you can get anywhere you like. The staff are always available friendly and happy to help.
I stayed in the annex section which was fine. However, if you have mobility issues I would not recommend this. Please see attached photos of staircase. Staff will carry your bags which is very helpful but you still need to be able to get up and down and narrow winding staircase
My room was getting a bit tired. Drawers would just open on their runners.
Hotel location is great. You cant find such an hotel in Istanbul to be that close to.everywhere with that price :)
Rooms need some refreshment. You cant feel clean enough just because everything is very old. Even towels and bedding - its been used too much so white is no more white.

Ne-a placut absolut tot! Camera era destul de mare, baia la fel. Curatenia 10/10. Personalul foarte amabil si placut. Plus locatia este aproape de tot ce este frumos de vazut in Istanbul. Adooor hotelul acesta si am sa revin cu siguranta♥️

Super Lage, schöne saubere Zimmer mit großem Bad.
Sam und alle anderen vom Personal waren einfach super nett und hilfsbereit und gaben uns super Tips.
Außerdem gab es einen leckeren Kaffee aufs Haus als Welcomedrink. Komme wieder:)

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were responsive, respectful, and always willing to help. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and explore the area. I would definitely recommend staying here

Localisation parfaite pour prendre les ferries et visiter le palais Dolmabahçe. Les restaurants de Cihangir sont accessibles à pied. Le centre commercial Galataport est également proche. La literie est très confortable. Le personnel est très serviable.
La hauteur sous plafond de la chambre est un peu basse. Cela rend la chambre petite. L’insonorisation avec le couloir est mauvaise.
