Pros:

Die Lage ist gut um Merida zu erkunden. Ruhig und wie in einer grünen Stadtoase.
Frühstück typisch mexikanisch eingeschränkt.

Achtung:
Das Personal ist teilweise heillos überfordert. Wir haben beim Check in das Zimmer bezahlt und die Dame hat - OHNE unser Einverständnis und OHNE nachzufragen- die Zahlung in Euro vorgenommen anstatt pesos. Das hat uns nicht wenig Geld gekostet und das Hotel weigert sich, diesen Fehler zu korrigieren Und uns die Differenz zurückzuzahlen. Sie meinen, dass sie nur auf ein mexikanisches Konto zahlen können (das ist blödsinn, es kostet nur was international zu überweisen), haben uns die Differenz während des Aufenthalts nicht sofort in bar gezahlt und jetzt - 2 Monate später- diskutieren wir immer noch mit ihnen. Haben das auch an booking.com gemeldet, also aufpassen bei Zahlungen direkt vor Ort!

Pros:

Saubere Unterkunft etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum in Merida. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und man hat einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Pool (eher ein kleines Steinbecken). Man kann die Zimmer täglich reinigen lassen. Der große Pool ist sehr schön und die Anlage ist gepflegt.

Cons:

Schade ist es, dass man beim Frühstück keine Auswahl hat. Man bekommt einfach zwei Gerichte hingestellt. Möchte man statt dem Kaffee einen Tee haben, muss man dafür zahlen. Generell ist das Frühstück nicht besonders, was man sich für die Kategorie des Hotels schon erwarten würde.
Leider gab es auch kein Restaurant bzw. eine Bar, so wie auf Booking beschrieben.
Schön wäre es auch gewesen, wenn man das Trinkwasser nachfüllen kann. Es gibt einen ganz kleinen Supermarkt gegenüber, der nicht immer offen hat und bei den Temperaturen wäre es angebracht Wasser zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Das Personal (bis auf eine Dame beim Empfang) war nicht besonders hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Ein gutes Hotel, aber die Sternekategorie ist nicht ganz nachvollziehbar.

Facilité de parking autour de l'hotel, confort des chambres, piscine agréable, le centre-ville accessible à pied en 15'

Cons:

Lors du check out, on s'est vu facturer un essuie que nous aurions perdu (mais que nois n'avons jamais recu en réalité). Dommage qu'ils ne disent pas dès l'arrivee que que nous devons verifier les essuies sous peine de refacturation, ca nous airait évité ce désagrément de fin de séjour (au final après discussion et contestation ils ont accepté de retirer cet essuie de la facture)

La grande chambre

Cons:

Nous n'avions que deux bouteilles d'eau pour 5 ce qui était insuffisant. Nous en avons demandé à l'accueil, mais le personnel n'a pas pu nous en fournir.
La piscine qui ferme à 18h

Pros:

Petit hôtel très jolie,pas très loin du centre-ville, chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Personnel gentil et très accueillant.Petite piscine au milieu d un jardin luxuriant 🤩

Pros:

Tout était parfait. L'hôtel est très charmant et les chambres sont très confortables. Nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons eu la chance de nous faire masser et je recommande les massages. Sans aucun doute le meilleur massage de ma vie.

Nice hotel with a few misses
Pros:

Large room, separate seating area, comfortable bed, good location - about 25 min walk to Centro and Paseo de Montejo. Simple but very good breakfast and coffee. Efficiency AC, nice dipping pool. Secluded and probate with nice foliage.

Cons:

Slow internet, lack of mini fridge and fresh water other than a very tiny bottle, bathroom doors that didn’t close tightly, lack of chairs and space for lounging around pool.

Goed voor een enkele overnachting, maar niet voor meerdere dagen (wifi/ontbijt)
Pros:

De kamer was mooi evenals het zwembad. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

De wifi was erg slecht.
Het inclusief ontbijt was erg mager. Je moest kiezen tussen een sapje of een koffie. Daarna volgde een klein bordje fruit, wat op zich ok was. Vervolgens waren het iedere dag eieren met bonenpasta en 3 schelpjes chips. Tortilla's moesten we steeds vragen, deze werden niet standaard gebracht. Voor toast moest je bijbetalen... Voor de pannenkoekjes moest je als volwassene bijbetalen... Als je ergens een week verblijft, verwacht je toch een klein beetje variatie.

Super pretty boutique property in convenient location
Pros:

Loved the decor, staff (especially Danny)and my huge comfy room. We had the two bed master suite that had its own lounge and small garden with plunge pool. Too cold to use that most days but the central pool is gorgeous and would be refreshing in warmer times.

Very little. Could donwith a ceiling fan in second small bedroom

Pros:

Surprisingly large and landscaped place tucked away behind a basic street facade. Room was tastefully basic but really nice, and appeared clean. Location is a little out of the way but still walkable. Check out the nearby Michelin rated gelato shop! Breakfast was also pretty good as were the beds.

Cons:

Unlike most places we stayed, they did not have a filtered water machine to refill water bottles.

Hotel de ensueño ideal para la familia y pareja
Pros:

Las habitaciones eran grandes con sala y alberca privada, tenían aire acondicionado y TV. Todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno era muy bueno.
Además el hotel es pet friendly y muy tranquilo, no hay ruido.

Cons:

Las albercas no tienen calefacción así que son frías.
