Pros:

hotel con encanto, mi habitacion tenia su propio alberca perfecta para parejas para relajarte, cerca del centro de paseo ontejo del centro de convenciones, muchas cosas las hicimos caminando solo recuerden llevar sombrero o sombrilla y zapatos cómodos. personal muy amable. alimentos ricos. además tuvimo un masaje super rico

nos alojamos en una habitación con piscinita privada pero apenas la pudimos usar ya que no no se limpia y siempre estaba llena de hojas. la habitación bastante oscura y con muy mala conexión wifi. un poco alejado del centro

Photos trompeuses pour un endroit qui déçoit de près
Pros:

Grande chambre avec climatisation et ventilateur, agréablement décorée. Très calme (au moins quand il n'y pas un chien abandonné dans une autre chambre qui se plaint à raison en aboyant continuellement...).
Le cadre extérieur pourrait aussi être agréable avec ses Papyrus luxurieux pour accéder aux habitations et à la petite piscine.

Cons:

Premièrement les photos de leur site sont trompeuses : on s'attend à un certain luxe, étant donné les prix très élevés, et on se retrouve dans une chambre très grande, certes, mais qui donne sur un mur blanc. L'ameublement est simple sans grand confort (le seul fauteuil par exemple) et le frigo carrément absent, alors qu'il fait évidemment très chaud début juillet. Le petit-déjeuner inclus au choix très limité a lieu dans une petite salle sans aucun charme, mais avec une climatisation très bruyante. Nous étions toujours seuls alors que cet hôtel a officiellement une vingtaine de chambres. Ce qui nous a fait penser qu'elles ne sont pas toutes en état d'être louées.
L'emplacement assez loin du centre (15 a 20 minutes à pied selon la température de l'air) ne casse rien et peut même surprendre dans une rue calme dans un environnement peu soigné.
La petite piscine peu profonde et bien cachée ne donne pas envie de se baigner, l'eau n'étant pas très claire. Il n'y avait d'ailleurs jamais personne pendant notre séjour.
Nous avions pris le risque de réserver pour 6 nuits. Après la deuxième nous avions envie de quitter cet hôtel que nous commencions à bien connaître, mais il n'y avait rien à faire, ni avec Booking.com, ni avec le "management" (familial) de l'établissement. Nous sommes finalement restés 5 nuits en renonçant au petit-déjeuner indigne et en leur faisant également cadeau de la sixième pour laquelle aucun remboursement n'était possible, évidemment...
Nous espérons que grâce à notre commentaire, cet hôtel au nom original sera peu à peu moins inconnu et aura moins de clients se sentant piégés comme nous.

Demasiado caro para la calidad que ofrecen, no volvería

El desayuno está muy rico y el staff es súper amable

Cons:

No está limpio, el agua de la piscina de la habitación estaba sucia y olía mal.. Además la habitación estaba infectada de mosquitos. No salía agua caliente en la ducha y las sábanas estaban manchadas de sangre.

Cons:

No tenen cafè expresso. Només cafè americà.
No vam acabar de trobar l'habitació còmoda. Tot i que tenia un mini jardinet, era per entrada de llum i tot i això l'habitació era fosca. Habitacio Amplia però mal aprofitada.

Excellent was to experience Mérida just on the edge of the central zone.
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel with a nice pool and gorgeous, comfortable rooms. The staff - especially Daniél! - were fantastic. The breakfast was nice and having a bar at the hotel was very convenient.

Cons:

To get to many (all?) of the rooms one has to take one’s luggage across stones and railroad ties for quite a distance. Not horrible but not very convenient either.
