Overall the stay was great
Pros:

Always clean and great staff! Breakfast fantastic!

If it’s going to be an in door pool, the water should have been but it was cold

Pros:

Our check-in was delayed around an hour and 20 mins, so my family and I had to wait until they finished, because they couldn't get the room cleaned. Check-in time was 3pm, we didn't get checked in until 4:22 pm!

Cons:

Don't make your customers wait for over an hour to check in!

Great location and nice clean room and property. Will be using them again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for a quick nigh out with the grand kids. They enjoyed the pool, although it could have been a little warmer. The room was clean and the sofa bed was comfortable and a hit with the kids along with the extra tv to watch.

Cons:

The coffee maker could use an upgrade to a Kreig with pods. It was hard to use and it made a mess.
