Best hotel I've stayed in for all round experience.
Pros:

The place was spotless.
The staff couldn't do enough for you.

Front counter employees are very nice.

Cons:

The wind blew in small leaves to the front door lobby and they remained there over the entire weekend.

Over the weekend there was trash in the lobby and eating area that did not get cleaned up.

Check-in time? Meh, we'll get to it...
Pros:

Our check-in was delayed around an hour and 20 mins, so my family and I had to wait until they finished, because they couldn't get the room cleaned. Check-in time was 3pm, we didn't get checked in until 4:22 pm!

Cons:

Don't make your customers wait for over an hour to check in!
