Great spot for Red Rocks
Pros:

Very nice, clean hotel. We came for two nights for a concert at Red Rocks. It is so close (10-15 min drive) we went three times. Twice to hike, once for concert. Front desk very nice. This one has a bar and Jimmy was great with some nice tips for us first time Red Rocks. Big safe parking lot. Nice breakfast included. Nice sized gym. Only downside was I did not see a safe in the room. Will return.

Bearable
Pros:

Stayed here because they said they had Ev chargers. They had two with no oversight. People left their cars plugged in for 12 hrs or more making them inaccessible

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days

Overpriced for the experience, simple hotel, comes of as more luxurious online than it is in person

The beds are awful, the pillows are worse. We ended up leaving the 2nd night at 1am because we didn't want to sleep in the bed again. Our backs and necks were so sore from the first night, we didn't want to do it again and make it worse, so we drove the hour and a half home instead so that we could get a good night's rest. The food is incredibly over priced, especially for simple bar food. Both TVs in the room are controlled by the same remote, so that was annoying. The showers water pressure wasn't very good and the inside of the shower is extremely slippery. The optional bath mat to prevent this is way undersized for the shower and if you step off of it, you could fall pretty easy. We wanted to go swimming, but when we went into the pool room, the smell of chlorine was so strong, we couldn't stand to be in there.
