Affordable, clean and great location
Pros:

I liked the location. it was close to the highways and they have stores in the same parking lot as the hotel that you can just walk to if you need something. The breakfast was better than I expected for Continental. There was plenty of food for everybody and the food was fresh and warm. The building itself was extremely clean as was the room. The price was okay, not a great deal but a fair price.

Cons:

There were some water/condensation coming in through the windows onto the heating unit. I’m guessing this was due to the amount of snow on the ground and the temperature rising.

BUGS - Do not stay here!
Cons:

I got bugs on me in the room (fleas, I think). After notifying hotel staff of that, they still had another guest in the room immediately after me, so they didn't get someone in to check the room until days later. They insisted that they didn't find any bugs in the room and refused to offer me any compensation (they reimbursed the room charge, but that went to my work company, so I received nothing. I told the hotel this, but they didn't care or offer me anything). I spent dozens and dozens of hours over A MONTH cleaning and sterilizing and heat treating and freezing many belongings and my car, and I had belongings that I had to throw away because I couldn't ensure they wouldn't infest my home with bugs. It was an entirely awful and stressful experience here, and the hotel refused to cover any of my costs or offer compensation for my time, inconvenience, and stress. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Great hotel for events at Gillette
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel because I was attending at concert at Gillette Stadium. I cannot stress how excellent of a stay this was for that purpose! Only about a twenty minute drive and minimal traffic - whereas friends who were driving to the concert from Downtown Boston were late because of the heavy traffic they faced (their drive was over one hour). Clean room, brand new-looking hotel, many amenities.

Cons:

Room was slightly pricey, but the concert might have been impacting that.

The suites we had were very nice and priced well and close enough to everything we needed
Pros:

It was very clean and close to Gillette Stadium

Cons:

Our suite had a smell in it but the staff took care of it immediately
