Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Lage gut, Parkgarage zweckmäßig, Kosten ok.
Zimmer klein aber um den Preis gut.

Cons:

Klimaanlage extrem kompliziert zu steuern. Keine Anleitung im Zimmer.Wir mussten um 22 Uhr in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, weil auch niemand vom Personal in der Lage war, die Steuerung zu bedienen,
Im nächsten Zimmer war die Klima an und schaltete sich aber nach einer Stunde aus. Heiße Nacht und nächste Nacht genau das gleiche. Klima lief eine Stunde und schaltete sich dann wieder aus und war nicht mehr in Gang zu bringen.
Warum man im Hochsommer dazu noch extrem dicke Winterdecken hat, ist völlig unerklärbar.

Es gibt keinen Schrank, lediglich eine Kleiderstange über dem Nachtkästchen, unpraktisch und unschön.

Keine Minibar. Die Getränke nimmt man selbst aus einem Kühlschrank an der Rezeption und muss sich dann an der Bar zum Bezahlen der relativ hohen Preise in Schlange anstellen. Da gibt es wesentlich kundenfreundlichere Lösungen.
Fazit: Es gibt in Forchheim kaum andere passable Hotels. Konkurrenz würde wohl das Hotel zu Verbesserungen zwingen.
Günstiger Preis, dafür schlechter Service und fast das ganze Personal spricht nur gebrochen Deutsch.

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Zentral zum Ortszentrum und auch nicht weit zum Annafest. Ruhige geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Praktische Tiefgarage.
