Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Es gab nur ein Mal ein Problem mit dem Salat, da war ein kleiner Wurm drin. Der Küchenchef hat sich dafür persönlich entschuldigt, was ich als sehr professionell empfinde. Der Pool ist sehr groß und der Spabereich ist sauber. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Ich würde wieder hierher kommen.

Das Hotel wurde mir von einem guten Freund empfohlen – und die Empfehlung hat sich zu 100 % bewährt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, vielfältig und sehr lecker. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass Kaffee und Tee jederzeit für Gäste zur Selbstbedienung bereitstanden. Die Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie die Funktionalität aller Einrichtungen waren jederzeit sichergestellt. Auch die angenehme Atmosphäre unter den Gästen hat den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter!

Odaların görselleri yanıltıcı. Yoldan ciddi ses geliyor. Bu iki konu dışında problem yok. Çok temizdi ve çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Ama ses problemi kesinlikle çözülmeli. Gerekirse camlar izolasyon konusunda daha iyisiyle değiştirilmeli. Kafa dinlemeye gittiğimiz tatilde odadayken sürekli yol sesi dinledik

Otel temizdi kahvaltı güzeldi. Sadece çift kişilik yatak istememize rağmen üç tane tek kişilik yatak vardı daha sonra iki tanesi birleştirildi.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Allia Thermal Spa Hotel sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück, das jeden Tag ein Genuss war. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, allen voran Herr Hüseyin, der Hotelmanager, der sich persönlich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert.

Die gesamte Infrastruktur des Hotels ist hervorragend. Besonders der grosszügige Thermalbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Massagen und therapeutischen Anwendungen sind von sehr hoher Qualität und haben unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Frau Tülay aus dem Spa-Bereich, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art und Professionalität für ein echtes Wohlfühlerlebnis gesorgt hat.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Son bir sene içinde 3. Konaklayışım . Bir çok açıdan fazlasıyla yeterli ve konforlu bir otel . Çalışanları ilgili ve güler yüzlü . Bir sorun olduğunda gemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Yemekler muhteşem , özellikle tekrar tekrar tercih etmemin sebeplerinden biri de yemeklerinin güzelliği. Dağ tarafındaki odalarında geceleri trafik gürültüsü olabiliyor. Havuzları temiz , halk plajı yürüyerek 3-4 dk mesafede ,plajda şezlongları var.

Saat 14’ te girmem gereken odamıza 15.08 de girebildik , odamız hazır değildi ve banyon ıslaktı , reception daki beyfendi çok kaba , ukala birisi , çalışanlar insanları rahat ettirmek için değilde hizaya sokmak için orda bulunuyorlar , gelen müşteri pörfüyü çalışanları cesaretli kılmış tepeden bakan bir üslüp , yol kenarıda ve gürültülü odaları , kılima iyi çalışıyor , yemekler yeterli idi .

Çok temiz odalar, ortak alanlar pırıl pırıl. Heryer mis gibi kokuyordu. Yemekler cok lezzetli, kahvalti zengin açık büfe, güler yüzlü personel. Çok memnun kaldım.

Yemek çeşitleri çok fazla olmamakla beraber yeterli seviyede ve olan çeşitler lezzetliydi.Yemek anında alınan içecekler ücretli. Sabah kahvaltısında omlet ücretli.
Otelin konumu gayet iyi
Deniz manzaralı diye satılan odalarda en azından 1.katta herhangi bir manzara yok.
Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Ein kleines feines Thermal Hotel. Alles war super sauber. Sowohl die Zimmer, als auch der gesamte Spa bereich. Besonders überzeugend war das Essen. Wunderbare kleine Gerichte super angerichtet.
