Always a great stay at Home2 Suites
Pros:

Spacious parking and inviting exterior. Spacious lobby. The luggage racks are less than sturdy. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

One must roll the luggage racks over uneven stone pavers. We are Hilton Honor members. In all other Home2 Suites we were offered a bottle of water and cookies. Here he said we must be a level higher????

Overall, a good experience with comfortable accommodations (second night) and a very nice staff

Cons:

When we first arrived, we learned there were no elevators and there were no rooms available on first floor, except a handicap room. My wife and I both have significant arthritis issues and I recently had a total hip replacement making the carrying of luggage up a flight of stairs impossible. Unfortunately the bed in the handicap room was so hard and stiff, little sleep was accomplished. The staff graciously moved us to another first floor room for our second night, and that bed was quite comfortable. Our rate for the second night was also considerably less, and we’re not sure why the first night was more expensive.

Sorry, we didn't take advantage of the breakfast. We were up and gone to other events and really did not use the hotel for other than sleep and cleanup.

Just a room with a bed and a shower...
Pros:

Didn't even eat breakfast with looked blah!

Cons:

The room was extremely hot at night! The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the pillows were way to big. Other than that it was a nice clean room.
