Pros:

The hotel preserves the best of traditional Japanese aesthetics and craftmanship with contemporary flair. There were ojami cushions and traditional long pillows in the rooms, and the lounge area is beautifully curated with books and flower arrangements. Very peaceful - and the hotel was fully booked! The hinoki private bath is a real treat.
