L’emplacement
Nous y venions pour la 3 eme fois en quelques années. Le fait d’avoir été clients plusieurs fois n’est absolument pas pris en compte.
Les tarifs ont augmenté pour la même chambre avec petit déjeuner mais le petit déjeuner est devenu ridiculement simple: une boisson et une tartine !
De plus, les chambres sont jolies et propres mais mal entretenues : la robinetterie fuit, les joints de salle de bains s’abîment tout comme les huisseries.
Bref, nous adorions cet hôtel et nous avons été très déçus de le voir se dégrader. L’emplacement et le personnel restent très sympathiques.
It’s in a good location, near to the beach and central district, about 10 minutes walk from the stations, which was good for us. The room was a good size and we didn’t get any disturbance from the street or other rooms. The facilities were good, and there is an excellent breakfast cafe a few doors down.
On arrival, the desk staff seemed more intent on sorting out their problems than being attentive to us. This resulted in us having to return to the desk as they hadn’t set up the key card correctly. No reason or apology given. They didn’t really explain about the breakfast or facilities either. It was essentially one person on the desk like this, but it does colour your feel of the place.
The staff helped us feel welcome from the first minute- it made our stay much better for it. Large beds, good AC
Not much, only complaint could be that a bit more variety for breakfast would be nice but it actually wasn’t bad!

Great location. Just a short walk from Old Town. Perfect for someone who wants to be close to the action without all the noise. Reception were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely book again for next time.

バスターミナルからスーツケースを引いても歩ける距離で、旧市街にも近くお店もあり、便利でした。
長期間の旅行だったので洗濯が必要でベランダがあったのがすごく良かったです、すぐ乾きました。
洗面台が小さすぎました、洗濯は勿論ですが洗顔にも水が周りに飛び散り不便でした。

Excellent location, sort walk into city and old town, great selection of bars and restaurants near by. Clean well equipped room, with toiletries and coffee machine. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Staff on the desk always cheerful and friendly. we were also given a room with a balcony as i requested this due to the stay being for a birthday celebration,
No safe in the room and not much storage space.
