Perfect place to stay during your visit to San Sebastián
Pros:

Location was great, we were nit too far from the old town, beach and the shops.
Staff were very helpful.
Our room was spacious with enough storage facilities. It was also clean.
Breakfast was good value but we wanted to try the other options at the cafe and they were delicious.

Cons:

Our mattress was not so comfortable.. I think it was a foam or memory foam type but felt it didn’t support your body.. didn’t have the lifting feeling of spring mattresses.

Factor humano 🔝
Pros:

Me encantó el trato del personal de recepción, porque supo adaptarse a nuestras necesidades y resolvió con amabilidad los imprevistos que surgieron en nuestro viaje.

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado, en una zona de paseo cercano, tienen un bono para el parking y la habitación está perfectamente equipada.

Pero el factor humano fue definitivo para que nuestra estancia fuera satisfactoria y queramos volver a alojarnos allí.
