Great location to explore Aachen. Nice City Hotel.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, tolle Lounge im Innenhof, sehr freundliches Personal.

Frühstück ist in der Lobby, Essen in Lounge-Möbeln etwas schwierig

Spent three nights in Aachen. It was good, but not our best MotelOne Experience. The staff at the check in was very friendly, unfortunately not the staff at breakfast service. Maybe someone needs to tell them: “a smile looks good on you”… The breakfast area is way too small, the chairs in the bar area not really suitable for sitting. One day we waited for the start and we were completely ignored by the woman. On the morning of departure the woman spilled egg shells all over table and carpet and completely ignored the mess. When we left it was still there.
Besides that we would recommend MotelOne, the room was tidy and nice.

Einrichtung ist modern. Mir fehlen ein Wasser und Glas im Zimmer. Wasserkocher bzw. Expressgerät sind leider auch nicht gewollt. Ich werden motel one nicht mehr buchen.

Nice Hotel in the middle of Aachen. 15 min on foot from main station and just around the corner of Elisenbrunnen and Dom.

War wegen der Eröffnung eines Restaurants in Aachen da. Viele sind im Hotel geblieben. War sehr gut!

Lovely staff, pleasant well stocked bar, comfortable rooms. Car park was full when we arrived but there’s another public car park 5min walk away. Would stay again.

Very pleasant one night stay in the centre of Aachen. Hotel in a good central position Clean and comfortable with friendly helpful reception staff. Room small but had everything we required. Particularly pleased to get secure parking place under the hotel.

Rooms are tiny with few amenities. No coffee maker or refrigerator.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. Close to the old city. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel Is centrally located. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. Great place to stay and see the cathedral.
