Pros:

The room was clean and we were easily able to adjust the temperature to our liking. Breakfast was pretty good, with a decent assortment of foods. The variety of teas was excellent! However, there were no yogurts on our last morning, and there wasn't any orange juice on any of our mornings there.

Cons:

The person who checked us in was not that friendly, barely making eye contact and speaking while walking around to get things, making it hard to understand him. He wasn't rude, he just could have been more outgoing/welcoming. Checkout was super fast and easy.

Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of SAAM. Excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast good. All day free coffee and tea excellent.

Cons:

the valet parking was chaotic. Charged $90 for less than 24 hours. Overnight rate of $65 ends at checkout, not at 24 hours. Very steep.

Zostałam podwójnie policzona za pobyt, zaplacilam w terminie za pobyt i na miejscu Pani w recepcji ściągnęla z karty drugi raz tą samą kwotę, mąż byl i myślal że nie zaplacone, po wyjaśnieniu Pani w recepcji powiedzia że w ciągu 5-7 dni roboczych dostaniemy zwrot.Do dziś go nie dostalam ani nikt nie odpisuje na maile, zero kontaktu od strony hotelu.
