The power went out and their fire alarm kicked in at 10 pm

Management was absolutely atrocious. This franchise only cares about themselves and should never be allowed to carry the Marriot brand.
Great family destination and convenient to shopping, dining, and lots of activities. We went to see a concert during out trip and the arena is literally walking distance. We would definitely come back.
We rented a 2B2B unit, perfect for 4 adults. Very well equipped.
Great location! You are right near the Gondola at Heavenly Village which is where all the shops/restaurants are located. A short distance to walk to the casinos. Valet parking was annoying because it is a hassle to have to wait for your car if you want to go further than the walkable neighborhood. They were always busy. Elevators were very busy so there was usually a wait involved. Check in was not explained clearly, but we were directed to the correct location. It was a very nice condo overall.
It was an amazing weekend stay.everything is what we hope for.No housekeeping though but you could request stuff that you need.

Prime location for ski at Heavenly. Save us a lot of driving and parking time. But of course you have to pay more for the location. Room size is decent and condition is above average. Room is clean and pretty quiet.
