I had different expectations regarding the concept of a capsule hotel when my son assisted me with the booking, but my experience proved to be quite transformative, beginning with the staff. Our first interaction was with Juri, who was remarkable, followed by Stephanie and Francisco, the Colombian gentleman, all of whom were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The capsules themselves were quite comfortable, and the cleanliness of the showers and toilets was commendable. The location was also outstanding. When I encountered an issue with my mother's walker, Mohamed and Zenilde, the housekeepers, were incredibly supportive and assisted me in resolving the problem. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and, as an airline employee, have already recommended this hotel to my colleagues and friends. I commend you for both the innovative concept and the exceptional service provided. I left feeling very satisfied and look forward to staying with you again during my future travels to Switzerland or any other location you operate in.

Very clean, and you can’t get any closer to the airport! We loved the privacy of the capsules, making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Perfect for a layover or early flight.
The codes for the capsule and the door did not always work. There was also quite a lot of noise during the night, as many guests had early or late flights. This made it difficult for light sleepers like us to get a good night’s sleep.
Nice and easy to use, great staff, very frindly, everyone spoke great English, and the capsules were perfect for an overnight stay.
The only thing which was off is that it showed there was a hot tub or a small pool like feature which was not accurate.
Everything room are to sleep so is all quiet inside.they have the lounge for drinks and food restroom are so clean and nice all set up with towels I thought I was staying at the Marriott .is so convenient next to the airport next day flight yes. Great customer service.

L'emplacement est parfait. Tout est propre et les espaces communs sont agréables. J'ai séjourné dans une capsule inférieure. C'était très confortable !
